   I had a terrible time visiting this store for my daughter’s wedding week outfits. All they do is follow you around the store in such an uncomfortable way, and there’s no personal space at all. It’s a really pressurising experience and it’s difficult to even discuss with other family members as the member of staff they hire to follow you around is quite literally breathing down your neck. I would avoid.

   The owner: “every customer have an issue here” Do not come here. The owner is so rude started screaming and yelling in our faces so disrespectful to two young girls. The dresses that we ordered were made wrong and they took 0 responsibility for it. The owner himself said “every customer have a issue here” as if we were trying to rip him off when in reality the REASON every customer has an issue is because his staff are not trained and he takes no responsibility or authority over them. The girl i’m assuming her name is sami according to other reviews that say the SAME thing , she is a liar she told us when she was measuring us the size that she put down would cover our stomachs and it did not (As a staff member at a clothes shop we are obviously inclined to believe her.) And then behind our back told the owner she didn’t tell us that.These ppl are greedy and hungry for money however have no dignity or respect or honor in terms of their business. Not only am i leaving this review I’ll also be telling my many family members and friends who shop in birmingham to never come here and the experience we underwent. To the owner : fear God , if you want your business to do well take responsibility and treat ur customers well then maybe you’ll stop having “issues”

   Today, Sunday 5th May 2024, I travelled to Birmingham all the way from Staffordshire after finishing my night shift. I saw an outfit that I liked and wanted two in the same size (for my twin sons). The first female told me that they only have one size in each style. However, the second lady said she did have two in the same size. I saw her pick up a pair of scissors and go into the back room. I didn't think anything of it. She later came out with the outfit and I paid for both and left. When I arrived back home, and opened the package so my sons could wear them, I noticed that the label and the size had been cut out of the sherwani top. When I looked at the bottoms, the size was in fact smaller than the other. The female had deliberately cut the label out in order to decieve me and to sell the outfit. ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR!!! I rang the shop and she had the cheek to say I could come back and exchange it for another style in the correct size. I had been their first costumer of the day and had paid the full asking price in cash without bartering. Don't know how these people sleep at night. These people are cheats and frauds. You will never have barakah in your rizq I'A. I would give this zero stars but there isn't an option.

   Shop assistant Saima Rasheed (Simi) tried her best to help but the clothes are just awful. The shop owner Yasir Asghar offered a discount but the clothes were not worth it.

   The women who owns this shop is a scammer, a time waster and a compulsive liar. I am appalled and disgusted with the service that I endured. Avoid at all costs!

   I went to the shop to buy 1 item for my daughter I walked away with 4 the price was not only great but what my wife and kids wanted was at this shop, they altered the garments to fit very quickly and also delivered them I would recommend them deffienatly as this is the first time we have bought garments in the Uk as we normally bulk buy when we go to India. Service was excellent I would recommend to anyone thank you once again
