   Customer service here very bed I came with my new buy TV with faulty blurry vision and picture quality very so poor but the staff are rejected for change another TV , I have requested many times all I want a good TV jut exchange but they did not help . Specially one of staff name is lzz was so rude had so bed experience.

   I visited this store about two months ago with my pregnant mother to purchase a phone, microwave and toaster. We were looked after by a lovely named Henna. She was really nice, helpful and patient and even helped us carry the items to the car. Thank you Henna for your amazing customer service!

   They had the item I needed in stock at a great price. They also had very quick and efficient service. There was plenty of parking with it being inside One Stop, which was massively convenient as my item was quite large. I've got nothing bad to say from this experience, so I have no reason not to give this store five stars.

   Went and ordered a alarm clock, ticket number was called to collect from counter, unfortunately 2 staff were chatting at the collection point and although I showed my ticket, they told me to wait for my ticket to be called? I explained it was my ticket that was called and they ignored me and carried on chatting! Very rude and unprofessional.

   Extremely disappointed with the customer service and support. I purchased 2 amazon 10hd tablets, unfortunately one of the tablets had a screen issue where the whites were not as white as the other. It had a tinge. All setting are the same, noblue light filter and same brightness. When showing this to the manager, she point blank denied there was any difference and before picking up the devices in her hand, she said the fault device is working fine. I pushed to have someone senior to have look, she showed the tablets to them and apparently she along with 3 different members of staff cannot see any difference. Absolutely liars or a store of staff that need their eyes check.
