   First off, please do yourself a favour and do NOT, I repeat do NOT engage in business with this store. Save yourself time and money by avoiding this store and the owner. The customer service is the worst I have ever come across. The owner (sikh man with blue/glazed eye) is arrogant, rude, disrespectful and a liar. A serial liar may I add by reading the rest of the reviews on here. He will sweet talk you and get money off you, and once he has your money that’s it - he doesn’t care about you or your order(s). He does not deliver products on time. He does not answer your calls. Called off another phone and he answered that one not knowing it was us, ie he actively avoids you. We turned up unexpectedly at the store to his surprise and he was visibly shocked. He actually admitted at his own will that he felt bad for “ignoring our calls”. He said the items we ordered had not arrived yet, will not give us a refund but instead we can exchange for other outfits. He told us to take our time and have a look at what else the store has. After about 20mins he pressured us into finding other clothes and getting out the store as quick as we can because “there are other customers and it is really busy”. Wow, rude. Eventually we found other clothes we settled for. When it came to checking the prices, we were told different prices for the clothes by him and by another colleague of his. Conflicting prices, which obviously we brought up. He straight away became rude and dismissive and actually threw one of the clothes and said “if you don’t want it then fine” and told his colleague to take the dress away. What the actual f. This man is horrendous and a complete nightmare. Anyway, we remained calm, we got the outfits and we ran outta there. Never ever going to do business with this man and store again.

   Had a big wedding coming up and gave these guys Plently or notice and they took our measurements. Every single order was wrong and once we asked for readjustments they were wrong again! Furthermore they were late with every order and half the men in the family can’t wear what was intended and have to make do with an awful last resort. Honestly if you’re looking for professional, friendly, accurate services then this isn’t the place to go to

   ***WARNING DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SHOPPING HERE*** I have possibly had one of the worst experiences of my life at this place. I initially purchased my wedding outfit from here due to the friendliness and kindness of Jaspal the supposed owner of the shop. The bloke comes across extremely respectable and seems to know what he was doing. I was quoted 6 to 8 weeks for my outfit to arrive and in that time, I came back again and managed to order outfits for my dad and brother and was quoted that the items of clothing ordered would be ready the same time as my outfits. Cut the story short no matter how many times I called to check that to see if it was still on schedule (every other week) Jaspal was always saying it’ll be on time and not to worry that his job to sort out our clothing etc… and in that we trusted him. It gets to 20th December and was told the items ordered (6 items of clothing) are not ready yet and won’t be until 14th of January. Baring in mine I placed the order early September. They were so sure it was going to arrive they said if we are not happy then we can take our deposit back. (I wish I had at this point) I then began thinking the worst as my wedding was in a month and still hadn’t received any items of clothing and looked on line to see what kind of reviews Kappoor Saab and JJ Singh Saab had. To my astonishment they were all negative. I cannot believe how many bad reviews they had received at first I was thinking it could be local shop owners trying to get one better than their competitors but after visiting a few local shops and asking why they all seem to be saying the same thing. “ You can go anywhere on Soho Road blindly and will expect a good service from all the shops, but the owners at Kapoor Saab / JJ Singh give the road a bad name”) This was without them trying to sell me anything in their shop. I called on the 17th Jan 6 weeks before the wedding and items had still not been ordered now baring in mind I had to keep travelling back on forth from Manchester in which they new this and they mentioned again if you’re not happy come and pick the deposit up. By this point I had enough and drove down again and went to the shop it took me the best part of an hour of arguing and my mother absolutely losing her cool which I have never seen her do for them to finally give us our deposit back. A whole lot more went on in between all of this and hell of a lot of stress. But I beg anyone who is looking to purchase from these people to be care. Approach with caution, do not buy anything unless its of the peg as generally their item of clothing etc… is good and quality of material is excellent its just shame their customer service is absolutely poor and their service as a whole is dreadful.

   Clothes came 4 weeks late.. too late for the event I purchased for. They are quick to take money, but don't answer calls. 3 times he said your clothes are here. We waited 4 hours in shop and he wasn't there. There was a line of angry customers who had enough of the lies.

   Shocking service, FOUR failed promises of delivery date. I placed my order a month in advance of the date it was required and was told it would be no issue at all. Turned up on the day and time the Singh with the 1 blue eye told me to, told it wouldn’t be in until the next day at 3pm. I get there at 4pm, not there and the same guy (Singh with the blue eye) tells me to come back at 6:30pm. I asked him to call me once it arrived. 7pm I start calling him, no answer and by 10pm his phone was switched off. We flew out to Europe for our function and I’m still trying to get hold of him. He tells me it’s arrived and he can get it sent to me for an extra £52 (this sounded too cheap). I decided to send someone to the shop, collect it and send it to me. They get to the shop, the Singh with the blue eye says it’s not there and tells him to come back tomorrow! I then speak to the Singh on the phone and he says it’s there - my friend then sends me a picture of my order - only it’s not my order. I speak to the Singh again and he says that’s what I ordered and there’s nothing he can do! I went to the shop today to get my deposit back - the same guy has the nerve to tell me to wait 15mins! I tell him he has a few minutes before I start telling the packed out shop what he’s really like - got depo back. The guy is a serial liar - only wish I’d read all the stuff about them before he ruined my attendance at the function I had. AVOID THID PLACE!!! He only gets 1 star as you have to give something!

   Owner (guy eye issue) has a terrible attitude. He speaks ever so politely until he has your money and then acts like you are a worthless piece of rubbish. Tried to charge £300-£400 for a sherwani I was already given the price for by a different member of staff. It was supposed to be cleaned up, with excess threads cut back but after waiting an hour for the suit to have been processed through their specialist machine I took it out the bag to see they did nothing to it. When i questioned this , I was told if I didn't want it then put it back, and became very abrupt. Great customer service, great attitude. How he is still in business I don't know. Won't / Cannot recommend.

   Ordered 3 sherwanis for my wedding for my father and two brothers, they didn't call us so we decided to drop by 4 weeks before the wedding to see if they weee ready. They bought out 3 sherwanis that were completely wrong to what we'd ordered and then argued with us to say we were wrong and they'd made them to what we'd asked. they given us two purple sherwanis in two different designs and one red one in another design when we'd ordered 3 purple sherwanis in the same design. when we got the receipts out it was evident that they placed the wrong order with the supplier. They refused to apologies and continued to argue and say it was our fault and told us to take our deposit and go elsewhere :/ with less than a month to go until the wedding... DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! Never go here!!!
