I really love to buy cloth there but my last experience was hell, 1st they tild me the dress was 51 pound, later they made me pay 35£ and to my surprise i saw a sale ticket on fhe dress £25, when i challenge them they told me the sales ended 2 days before. I call this cheating in business ..and being dishonest you wont progress in business..they lost a whole family customer today
Decided on making a purchase from the store. After trying on, the staff member gave us a "new" packaged suit from their stock. Upon unwrapping the suit at home, the suit was ripped and with marks on the scarf. Unfortunately we had to purchase an alternative from a different store in a hurry and when returning to the store, staff refused to return me my funds for the faulty suit. We were told exchanges can be made only. Such a policy is against the law and the customer service is extremely poor.
Extremely poor customer service. Bought several wedding dresses. Agreed with the guy for one dress that if the person doesn’t like it we would like a refund only on one of them. He said as long as you do it within one day I will allow it. The next day I went to get a refund & was told they never ever offer refunds. After some arguing they offered a credit note which had to be spent in their shop within 3 weeks. Bearing in mind the many dresses we kept & had pre agreed the refund but outright denied it. Stay away from them they are unprofessional & definitely do not do what they say. They deserve zero stars. They will do whatever to get the sale but rubbish post sale service. Take your business elsewhere
Went to this store. A long wait to try on clothing. No staff near changing rooms. Asked staff to help with sizes. She said she will be back 2 mins. I saw her sat on het phone. After 17mins she returned and said she forgot. Poor customer service
I've visited Rafia's 2/3 times now and each time I've been treated well by the staff who have been nothing but helpful. I can't say much for what others have experienced but I'm a firm believer in treating others as you wish to be treated and have sadly witnessed some of the nonsense they have to deal with from disrespectful customers. I'm grateful to sisters Romy, Maida and Zeby for their assistance today and I wish them every success. To those contemplating whether or not to visit, I would recommend that you attend the shop and judge for yourselves. With elegant designs and good customer service, I doubt you will be disappointed.
Extremely rude staff talk over the customers making comments about them to each other rather than speaking to customers. If there is a policy that you can't try more than 2 outfits on, display it on a board rather than being rude! Bought outfits from this shop many times in the past but have to say the staff have the most stuck up, rude, annoying attitude!
We ordered two suits for our brothers wedding. We advised the manager and his wife of the date we needed the suits. They assured us they had spoken to the factory that makes them and was advised by them the suit will be here by end of July. The wedding was 7th August. We went to shop last week of July to get an exact date of suits arrival and was advised don't worry the suits will be here in the next few days. Then we went back the Monday before the wedding which was on Saturday again was advised suit should be here by Wednesday 2 days before the wedding. I asked for refund of our deposit because we needed to buy headscarf to match and jewellery and the staff refused to give refund. We had to argue to get our refund
I love this Asian clothing store for party wear outfits. I purchased 3 lovely outfits from them a couple of months ago when they had their 40/50% off sale, so the clothes I purchased were originally £80/£90 and I got them for £45 which is a bargain considering how pretty they are and that they’re ready made. The range of clothing isn’t typical and has good quality detailed embroidery on the dresses and shirts. The colours are all in fashion, ranging from classy mints to light pinks etc. I will definitely be visiting again soon to purchase some more wedding attire.
