   This store should not be in business with this management. From the sales staff to the manager, the experience was extremely disappointing, as reflected in many other reviews as well. The clothing appears low quality, and some fancy items even look pre-owned. The manager, in particular, came across very rude and unprofessional. She spoke impolitely and seemed harsh and unpleasant to deal with. Overall, a truly disappointing experience.

   The customer service when you're buying is amazing but after care is atrocious. I bought 2 suits for my daughters for eid, as I was ironing I noticed the stitches were feeble and thread was fraying around the edges. They wore them on eid and within an hour the tie on the front which was just for show started to come apart. By the end of the day, both suit ties were unravelling and hanging by a single thread ready to drop off. when we took them back they refused to sort it or give a refund. Absolutely gutted. What a waste of money!

   Extremely Disappointing Experience - Faulty Products and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased four outfits from this store, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Within just two hours of wearing three of the outfits, they all ripped, which is absolutely unacceptable for any clothing, let alone something I just bought. On top of that, the fourth outfit I received was the wrong size entirely. When I returned to the shop to address these issues, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive staff who refused to listen to reason. They didn't seem to care about the faulty products I had received or the fact that they had given me the wrong size. Despite providing clear evidence of the issues, they simply wouldn’t take responsibility or offer a resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on clothing that falls apart so quickly, only to be met with poor customer service when trying to resolve the problem. I will not be returning to this store and would not recommend it to anyone. Completely dissatisfied with both the quality of the products and the lack of customer support.

   Absolutely horrendous, I would give zero stars if I could, the Manager was so rude,! Picked up two identical outfits for my daughters, 1 was priced higher than the other. Asked the sales assistant whether we would be charged the same as both the same just a different colour (both popular colours) she said yes they are. Manager then tried to charge us the higher price, when we explained what we had been told she was so rude to us, told us no they are not the same price, the SA stood there and didn't say a word, she looked frightened! Horrible woman who has no customer service skills whatsoever, not sure how she is still in business going from the reviews!!! I don't think I will go there again!

   Today I have really bad experience I buy one dress for my Mrs. I pay for this dress 150 £ when I buy the reception lady she said you can change with in two day and you take refund as well. I got home my Mrs. Check dress the size is big. She needs small size so I’m going for back same day for change she said I don’t have small side and I can’t change it. I can’t refund you. really rude stuff.

   I don’t normally write reviews but as a business I’m sure providing good customer service should be your number one priority. The staff are so unprofessional, I was hoping to purchase a suit for a last minute occasion - genuinely liked an outfit which I was interested in buying - the lady gave attitude, did not have the intention to sell, I walked straight out. They lost a sale & potential customer too. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

   The shop owner Yaz is absolutely lovely, polite and helpful! I've been buying outfits from Kayra's since it opened up in Derby and I always find something I love. Please don't be put off by the bad reviews on here, I believe 99% of them are not real. I will be continuing to shop here! ✌️

   0 stars if I could! Customer service is diabolical. Staff are glued to you while you try to look around but are rude and unhelpful when you need help with an item they have displayed to apparently sell! Just like many others I to walked straight out the door! Would not recommend this store to anyone!
