   DO NOT BUY A CUSTOM DRESS FROM THIS STORE. I ordered a customised dress for my sister’s wedding in and was told it would take 6 weeks. It didn’t arrive, and even after 8 weeks they told me it would be ‘another week’ which also passed with no dress. Their communication was terrible throughout, they were unreliable, very slow to respond to messages, and I never felt like I was getting a straight update. In the end, when we went in to collect the dress, they just refunded me because it still hadn’t arrived- unapologetic and very irresponsible. I then had to panic-buy a dress off the rack for over £300 from another shop because my sister’s wedding was in a few days. The whole situation caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else

   Paid for a dress and not Recieved the dress. The shop owner is ignoring all calls and messages. Somebody has told me this person is a fraud and has done try is to many people. Absolute thief and if you too have been robbed we need to get this person investigated. To ruin someone’s big day knowingly is horrible.

   The most beautiful suit ever!! I received so many compliments on it, the work on it was so well done and intricate. I absolutely loved it! The only complaint I have is I had to chase the outfits arrival, but they made sure I had my outfit on time and even sent it directly to my house (I’m from Leeds)!! Definitely recommend this place xx

   I would not believe them when they say your order will come in time. I asked them before placing the order if they could do it by a specific date and they were very confident in saying yes. I placed an order and they delayed mine and my sisters. (My sisters had placed an order separately and they had still failed to deliver on time) They never pick up the phone number they write on the receipt. You have to tell them every single detail about the dress you want or they will just do it the way the sample is, they take your measurements but do not focus on what you want done to the dress. My dress was in an embroidery colour that I did not want and this really ruined the order. I’ve paid £330 for a basic party wear dress that I am not happy with at all. Regardless of the delay they were not willing to take anything off. I would have honestly bought something off the rack from somewhere else if I had time and asked for a full refund. They are nowhere worth the price you pay for, you can get better service elsewhere with better quality of work.

   I would avoid if you can, would say you a lot of heart ache. we were told our clothes would arrive in plenty of time and we had given the date of the 20th for the wedding day and our order was said to arrive on the 10th. Our outfits arrived on the 20th and my outfit was not what I ordered, the colour, the embroidery, the material were all different and the dress was unwearable. The sample peace was no where to be seen. The staff were very intimidating. Be very careful and double check your measurements when they take them.

   So disappointed after picking up mine and my sisters outfit from this shop, despite us protesting that what we were getting was different from what we had ordered, the sales staff were adamant that they were not, came home to find out that we were correct after comparing to photos one of my sisters who was not with us when collecting had taken at the time of ordering you can blatantly see that the colour, material and detail is different! They have used cheaper material and cheaper embroidery! Mysteriously the samples had disappeared from the shop most likely to prevent us from comparing! To top it off I had ordered my outfit specifically for the design as it was longer at the back, they blamed me for telling the tailor that I wanted it only 2 inches longer at the back, when I said I wanted it 2 inches off the floor, the whole reason I wanted the outfit was for its unique design, longer length at the back! They intimidate you into having to accept what they are saying and it very hard to get your view across! They are very keen to get your money before the clothes have even been altered and checked! If you make the mistake of ordering from here make sure you check the tailors measurements, we were led to believe he is very experienced and trusted him, he has spoiled my dress by not writing the length I wanted at the back. He has added 5 inches to the length of my sisters dress making it practically impossible to wear especially when she told him she doesn’t wear heels! Another tip make sure you tell them the date of the wedding a month in advance otherwise you might not get your outfit on time or if it is unwearable you won’t have time to get another one! Double, triple check your order and make sure all the details are added and are correct! Good luck if you choose to shop here, I wish I had read the reviews in advance and gone elsewhere!

   Me and my sister Went to buy eid clothes, the shop lady was following us every where we went even to the changing room, she was standing right front of the changing room staring at us , we felt really uncomfortable and didn't buy anything. not going there again.!
