Having a bad few days struggling to find my voucher but porscha the manager couldn't of helped me any better, made the experience very welcoming and took a whole weight off my shoulders so once again thank you very much!
Shocking customer service no help whatsoever i wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses which where around £375 and I just needed to ask if they had one in stock other than the one on the shelf i stood there with my girlfriend waiting and looking at the staff while they where clearly looking at me knowing I needed help they didnt come over, instead they where chatting and laughing to one another. Eventually I got one to come over and she said they dont have any other in stock other than the one on the shelf which was all grunby from people trying it on. She offered me a 10% discount due to this so I judt laughed in her face and walked out. Take your money elsewhere guys where they will actually value your business
I have used Flannels Merry Hill since it opened and all staff are amazing! They will all go the extra mile for the customer. Wanted to mention the Store Manager, Rich in this review, as he really is an asset to the team! I called with a query at 4.40pm on a Sunday (when most retail staff would've switched off), however, he dealt with my query attentively and then called me back twice with an answer. He actually stayed past the closing time of the store. too! Thanks Rich - please feedback my positive review to your team! Regards
Bought a tracksuit for £254.00 from Flannels (HUGO). After wearing it once the bottoms came all bubbly where you sit. I came to return them for credit, the manager says it’s not a manufactory fault and it’s his decision he doesn’t want to refund. Avoid this place

Excellent store - fantastic customer service and we will always pop in to have a look at their extensive collections of fabulous designer wear. *Old Review - a slice of Designer Heaven! First visit with my teenage children, we all thought the shop incredibly well presented - Fabulous seating area. Normally I find some people who work in such environments to be pretentious? But NOT HERE…an absolute delightful experience. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A big “Thank you” to Michelle, very professional and friendly. A lovely lady - chatting to my son and I. Fantastic! We purchase clothes on line from Flannels also, clothes are well made and shipped out in beautiful packaging (photograph below). Never had a problem or concern. If you love the late Vivienne Westwood - then Flannels is your place… THANK YOU FLANNELS :-)
BEWARE!! BUY FROM THESE IN HASTE AND REPENT IN LEISURE My son bought a jumper £450 he took it back because he changed his mind he had already brought other stuff that day totally almost £100O Because they said they smelt aftershave on it, which my son does reek of it all the time they refused to refund or give credit note I then pointed out a small thread that was hanging from the armpit The manager had the audacity to say my son had done this There is no consumer rights at this shop at all If you buy from there they will not accept anything back even if faulty BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!!!!
Shocking customer service! Went into Flannels the other day to buy my bf a Christmas present and picked up a jumper that also had a sale price ticket on it. I went to one of the staff to double check that this was the correct new price and no one had put it on there by accident. Got to the till and they said it was the original price and then I showed them the sale ticket. The woman at the till simply said “no I can’t sell it at that price” and put the jumper away, and was very patronising. Even when I tried to try things on the staff were extremely rude. Just because I’m in my work uniform does not mean I’m unable to shop in Flannels. Wont shop here again.
We popped to store and they didnt have the item in,they told me i could order frm store but i wont have them for chrismas.. delivery prices wuld be applied... so I ordered online for home delivery, £6.99 delivery, 3-7 days it said... i had it delivered nxt day by Dpd, within 24hours, really pleased because item came in time for christmas.
Service is absolutely vile! Just because we are children we always get targeted in the shop, for example the other day I asked one of there employees if they could bring a top down for my boyfriend which was all fine until I asked a woman who received the top if he could try it on, and well that was another experience! she replied back ‘I’ll have to put security tags on the top because you are a child and I don’t trust you as you might steal it!’ She also told me I couldn’t go into the changing rooms as I might stuff they T-shirt into my Primark bag, how pathetic! In the end my partner brought 2 items of clothing from there as we had the money for it unlike the employee stereotyping us thinking we did not have the money as we are children, not impressed.
They lie when they sell products. Which has cost me money in deliveries and great inconvenience. Was followed around the store until they realised I was buying something. Will never shop there again. You are treated way better at official stores.
