Picked up shoes with a price stating £90 both on the sticker and stapled on. Got to the till to be told they were £170. The manager refused to do it for the price stated and offered 20% off only. This as well as only having 2 members of staff on the shop floor, one of which was swearing at the other staff member who was at the door with customers who had set off the alarm. This is disgusting when there are multiple children around. It is obvious management are putting too much on the staff and not leading efficiently.

I have click & collected from this JD around 3/4 times now, each time I have to wait 10/15 for them to bring my order out. Not sure if they're back there stitching the clothes but it shouldn't take that long to pick up a packaged parcel & bring it to me. They need to make this process a lot more efficient, whole point of click & collect is it is a fast process with minimal time wasting.

I made it clear I needed a gift receipt when paying. I got an electronic receipt. I then asked for the physical gift receipt only having to wait over 15 mins for a manager to arrive then a further 10 minutes for the manager to refund my account. Please provide better training for all staff including managers. This is really poor customer service. Please use any other Jd store as this one is extremely unprofessional

I had a click and collect from this JD Sports Store for my Nike Airmax trainers When i took my sealed bag trainers home I opened the package and seen that there was 1 of each different trainer in my order I returned back to the store and was told to return the next day However upon returning the following day i was told i have to come back the following day and see the store manager So 3 days later i returned to the store and after waiting half an hour for the Manager to check CCTV footage i was told indirectly that i switched the trainers myself I quickly realised that the manager was looking after her own Staff and eventually contacted JD sports Customer Care who gave me a QR Code for returns and recieved my full Refund ALWAYS CHECK YOUR PURCHASE THERE AND THEN BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

Absolutely shocking! the manager on the till last night- 30/12/22 at approx 7pm has zero customer service skills, JD sports you should be ashamed of employing people like that. After trying to return a tracksuit that was purchased for my son as a Christmas gift, and after one wear the name peeled off the trousers!! I was totally disgusted by your managers attitude and non existent customer service skills when he told me i could only return the bottoms but not the top as they were two seperate items even though it was clearly bought as a tracksuit and purchased at the same time on the same receipt !! I tried to explain I wasn't happy as this was not Fit for purpose but the young male proceeded to throw the items into the bag and said he refused to serve me. My son left the shop in tears!! I drove 12 miles to Tamworth JD to be greeted by the most loveliest friendliest staff, I showed the manager the faulty item and without any dispute I was offered a full refund or an exchange for the track suit. THANK YOU to the staff at Tamworth they were so professional and really know how to treat customers, unfortunately the manager at the FORT is a total disgrace and is losing JD customers, he should not be in a customer service role and it's utterly disgusting that this type of person is allowed to continue in this role. I have purchased so much from JD over the years and I have never been treated like that before I am extremely disappointed.

Absolutely shocking service in there today, waited 10 minutes in a queue when there was more than enough staff wondering around looking clueless. Eventually got served and there was no price in the bag, so asked me to go and fetch a price tag, yeah ok I'll do your job for you. Also like to point out that whoever is in charge of the way items are displayed, has for some reason decided to hide the price tag for back packs in one of the many pockets, instead of just placing a price tag on the outside to make it quicker and more convenient. And to top it off, even after I'd given her the correct price range for the bag, she wanted to charge me £28 when the tag clearly said £25. Very very poor service overall, I will definitely consider shopping at a different JD store in the future as the staff in this one are clearly half arsed.

If it had zero rating I would give it a zero rating first ordered my clothes there got cancelled went to the shop got asked to pick something else. Then brought vapour airmax wore them for 2 days and there stared smelling took them to the shop and the customer assistant called a manager some Asian manager turned up and said she cant help because the trainers r not ripped and walks off with attitude she needs customer service training again bloody paid 200 pounds for trainers that stink after 2 days what a joke I would never highly recommend not to go here waste off time and take your money and not help and then there say there can not doing anything when the stiching comes off
