Very short of time, ran in and poor Anton drew the short straw serving me bless him. He was just fabulous and knew what I needed and where it was in store. Can’t thank him enough for his politeness, his swiftness and helping us out in a rush. Grateful!!
Bought my husband's and his brother's suit here for our wedding. We went for a custom suit for my husband and the care and attention from Ash was absolutely amazing, suggesting small details but not overly pushy. We chose everything from personalized writing inside to the button and thread colour, it felt so special. Ash checked the fit carefully and made sure it would be perfect for the big day. He double checked everything when it arrived and he got so many compliments on the day and when he's worn it since. For the best man we picked something off the rack but also received top service especially when we needed to exchange for a different size closer to the date. The staff knowledge and attention is absolutely second to none (and sets it far far above the Bullring store).
I went to moss bros in the bullring under unfortunately circumstances of requiring a suit for a close family members funeral. Given the situation I wasn't clear on what I wanted or needed for the occasion. However the staff, and specifically John, we're outstanding in supporting me and helping me get an appropriate suit that was both respectful and comfortable. John and the rest of staff make what was an extremely difficult time as comfortable as possible. John dressed me extremely well and exceptional attention to detail. He understood the cultural differences that require breathable material and comfort (for sitting on the floor) and accommodated this perfectly. Myself and my wife spent more time having a conversation with John than we did talking about what I needed- this speaks volumes for the knowledge and expertise on hand. The biggest compliment I can give to the store and John in particular is that if my grandma, who passed, had seen me she would have approved.
Had a great experience in this store with my Husband. Great selection of Menswear. He was looking for a suit for a Wedding and not only bought the Suit, but also the whole outfit and a casual jacket, all with the professional help from the Advisor, Massimo. He helped and advised with the correct sizing. Thank you so much Massimo and we will certainly be back again. Highly recommend.
Nephew bought a suit for his wedding just before closing time, but staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. Staff member helped him pick out the right sizes and matched his outfit well. Didn't mind my kids being there & were nice & chatty/friendly with them too. Thank you staff
After being let down at short notice for my suit for my wedding, I went to these guys. There my future wife and I were introduced to John. What a lifesaver. He took a look at the dress and what the colour schemes for the ceremony were and then set about choosing a suit with all the accessories for me. I just let him get on with and the result was incredible! Colours that I wouldn’t have ordinarily picked but the just worked. And worked well! If you’re in the market for a suit for a special occasion, you really need to be talking to this guy.
I went into Moss with my 2 brothers and my Dad to find a suit for a party. We was greeted by a stylist called John Luke and he couldn't of been more professional. He knew our sizes just by looking at us and new exactly what suits to wear for the occasion. I absolutely recommend trying to get a suit fitted by John as he clearly has a wealth of knowledge. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Today I went to Moss Bros to buy a suit and I was very much delighted by the customer service, I went to the counter and asked for help and I was serviced by the one and only John Luke, all he asked was “ what are you going for” and I explained my situation, as he was building my look every peace came together just beautifully. He got me looking like a boss. Thank you John for helping and I will most definitely come back to the store soon enough.
My father and I were looking for some suits and we were luckily greeted by a wonderful stylist, John Luke. He was the most helpful person and just by looking at us, he was able to tell our size. And when I tell you he was great, I truly mean it. He styled my father and I in suits we wouldn't even imagine wearing, but as soon as we saw ourselves in the mirror, our eyes just lit up. We were smiling the whole time and also had lovely conversations with John at the same time. We really do appreciate his help as he spent over three hours helping us and also constantly looked in the storage area to find our sizes. We are definitely going to come back and book an appointment with John Luke. Again, he is the best of the best and we can't thank him enough!
