   My family and I came in to get an outfit for my little cousin and she got one. But she felt peer pressured by the store owners to get the outfit. She mentioned it to me after in private so I went to go return it LITERALLY 20 MINUTES after. And they wouldn’t listen to a word I was trying to say. Can’t even communicate or listen to opinions properly, just kept repeating the same thing over and over again saying “she liked it”. Pretty sure my own family would be more truthful to me than strangers. Wouldn’t recommend going there if you just want to hear parrots repeating the same thing.

   Very helpful staff! My daughter wanted a particular outfit for her Prom. Staff were quick to find her style and colour. They made good recommendations and were very patient! For an extra fee they altered the blouse exactly how she wanted it and she is very, very happy. Thank you for your help! 5* service!

   I wish I could give 0 stars to these terrible people especially the owner (man and women) and to their absolute mannerless tailor. I must say I agree with the people who commented that this shop has awful customer service no manners how to respect a client. They are theives sitting there and charge you a lot more for a 5 min job and if you are not satisfied then there unprofessional tailor will talk rubbish and be rude because of her lazziness. Tailor was the worst women I have ever come across in my life. In addition, Deepika was good for nothing at all. I think she needs to learn how to run the business in a professional way and think about her customers as well rather then just pleasing her tailor or roaming around her. How can I forget that owner (man) who has no humanity as my mum asked for a chair to sit down because she couldn't stand for too long and he completey ignored our request. Worst experience I had in this shop.

   Ordered my lengha with less than 10weeks before I needed it - the service was great! They made sure I got things added and taken off the outfit so it was personalised to me. My lengha came within 5/6 weeks of ordering and had it fitted. Great service and friendly staff - will defo be shopping there again.

   Racist and rude owner and staff. Very childish. They do not have any customer service. Learn some manners and maybe you’ll get customers. Wish we could give 0 stars! AVOID! When approaching customers you do not speak to them in a rude, bullying manner- speak to them with respect to gain respect. Approach in a friendly way. Take this advice
