“Served in the fragrance counter by the amazing Grace !!! 100% needs a raise. Went in with three points; unisex, vanilla, not too sweet. Grace showed us the scent at the counter she was manning but when she saw that we weren't fully satisfied, walked us to another counter and sprayed the scent that literally was exactly what we wanted. Saved us 40 minutes and ensured it wasnt a wasted journey. A scent we wouldn't have even noticed otherwise and she knew exactly what we needed. Honestly would've tipped if I could!! “A MASSIVE thank you to Kelly who helped out my fiancé yesterday with his wedding shoes that we’d previously ordered from Dune at Cheshire Oaks. They had arrived via post last week and he couldn’t figure out why they weren’t the same fit as had been in the store. Turns out that they were the slim fit ones, and I can tell you that he definitely does not have slim feet. Kelly not only helped him with this year’s model of shoes that fit in perfectly. She also gave us a shoe bag when he mentioned that they were for his wedding, so that the photographer could take some photos. He’s now so much more excited for the wedding knowing that he won’t have sore feet. Big thank you Kelly, he was so happy when he got home. You are the queen of good customer service!”

“My mother has been shopping at O&P Fashions since before I was born. We would get all our outfits from Auntie Beena's store back in the 80's and 90's. As me and my sister are both married and live in the south now we tend to shop else where. Last year I came home and mum said let's go to Beena's as i needed suits for myself my daughters and my mother inlaw. Honestly I had forgotten how much I loved this store and the clothing. They have so much choice and something for each age group. Since then if I see anything on line I either ask my mum to pick it up or as I did yesterday I purchased on line. The suit I purchased is absolutely stunning and it was sent next day, so I received it this morning and I'm so pleased with it. The girls are so helpful and so on it with every detail ( i forgot about linning) . So thank you, I love shopping with them as its like a bit of home for me.”

“I visited Halfords, Selly Oak on Friday 21st November at around 3pm. I had travelled up to Birmingham the night before from Dorset (3.5 hours) with no heating in my car. After advice from my garage at home I went to Halfords to buy coolant as on checking, the tank was empty. I was helped firstly by a lovely gentleman on the customer service desk, who identified the correct coolant for my car and promptly went off to find it for me. He asked another member of staff to come and check that I was safely opening the tank and putting the coolant into the correct level. All this was done with kindness and thoughtfulness, no judgement and with just the right amount of humour to lighten a stressful day. Thank you to the two members of staff, I'm sorry I didn't get your names, but you really put a smile on my face and made the journey home much easier, especially as I now had heating!!.”
