   Went here yesterday , bought boots , a bg and very expensive flip flops, young ladies nails were to long to work her PC screen . They had a size 4 in stock , I needed a size 5 . She said she would oder it for me for delivery . Took ages to sort out , can't complain about delivery , came promptly this morning, unfortunately in a size 4 !! Not a problem you may think !! You try contacting someone, anyone to sort it out !! No chance , I have called over 60 times today to try and speak to someone , not answering the phone (yes , there is someone there until 8pm) Head office number !! Not in service!! So , KG , if you would like to contact me , that would be great !!

   Beyonce (not the pop singer) was brilliant, really attentive event though it was super busy. Nothing was too much trouble and I ended up spending a little bit more than I intended. Great store, great service

   Lovely experience, the women who helped me was friendly, helpful and a delight to interact with. We talked about how I was treating myself as I'd just got a price rise, that it was my first luxury designer bag I was buying and she offered to gift wrap it for free. I told her I worked in social care and she asked if I had blue light. Immediately my face lit up as I had the card with me. I got the bag the always wanted, got my 20% off and met the nicest shop employee I'd ever met. I wish I remembered her name but she was amazing. Thank you so much. Very well-done Kurt Geiger.
