    I came in today intending to return an item. The item was in a mango paper bag and due to the rain the bag split just as I was entering the bullring, causing the item to fall on the floor. Needless to say I was very frustrated but when I went into the shop a lovely staff member (lady with short blonde hair) was so kind to me as were all the other staff (male manager and another lady with short brown hair) and ensured that the matter was sorted out. I really appreciated the kindness and the excellent customer service. Thank you!

    Unable to process refunds via the card machine as they’re down, yet were able to pay for items via card? Doesn’t make sense, a note on the door would have been useful to avoid spending 10 minutes queuing!

    I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful Spanish assistant who assisted me today in selecting an outfit. Shopping for clothes can be quite challenging for me due to my longer legs and torso. However, he attentively listened to my concerns and suggested the styles of jeans that would suit me best. Given my struggle to find a fitting pair of jeans for over three years, I wasn't expecting much. To my delight, the recommended jeans slipped on effortlessly, were comfortable at the waist, and provided the perfect length. I cannot thank you enough for your help.

    The staff at the fitting rooms are of terrible manners and overall attitude!! The staff should be picking up clothes from the fitting rooms and handle them, and should be generally friendly, instead they are indicating to customers to bring them the clothes etc...the customers don't work for you!!stop dictating to them what to do! Do your job! if you don't like your job leave, someone else that enjoys customer service should have it, you are replaceable!!

    A great shop with lots of nice clothing. The shop is well laid out with plenty of room to walk around and shop. The prices are not too bad. Unfortunately the changing room and children's section was closed due to an electrical fault.

    Staff in store were helpful, but unfortunately at the same time, it was a member of staffs carelessness that cause us to do back twice after an online order was refunded incorrectly. It then took a lot of energy, time and explanation to explain why we had not received a refund.

    Went into bullring Birmingham store twice now and both occasions the staff have been sooo rude!! Wont tolerate this sort of rudeness from staff i am spending my hard earned money on! Also noticed the manager speaking to another customer and rolling his eyes as she walked away with a issue she clearly also had! Disgraceful behaviour! Need to recruit friendly staff!!!
