   Visited this branch before it closed down and thankfully it has, as it's been a long time coming. Customer service was very poor. Bought a battery as mine died during my drive to Brum. The car batteries were placed on the shelf and when I picked one up, the acid itself burned through my top. I didn't notice it until I drove back. When I returned and told them what happened, they claimed I was lying. They didn't want to even want to look at their CCTV.

   Went to halfords to buy auto glym headlight restoration kit. The member of staff I was served by Went out of his way to help me and I also saved a fiver on the item because I recently joined the halfords motoring club which was a bonus. Cannot speak highly enough of the member of staff who served me so excellent service. I would definitely recommend halfords Bordesley green branch. Birmingham. Photos of before and after of honda accord headlights. Mot is due soon so I needed to sort them out. As you can see excellent product as well.

   I've been there to collect an item that I bought through them website (I received an email saying that order was ready to collect), when I arrived there they told me that they didn't have the item! It's ridiculous, total lack of respect with the customer. They even started to make fun at me because I got nervous, and kicked me ou from the shop....

   Moment I came to Halfords to buy a new headlight for my car, the staff was so friendly and he suggest me a good brand headlight bulb for my car, last two times I used Halfords brand headlight it’s relative look cheap but it’s doesn’t have life for more than 3 months.

   Excellent customer service from a gentleman named Marcus. My headlights suddenly fused and I went to 3 private garages who were unable to change them as my Audi TT requires the headlight unit to be removed entirely to fit the bulbs. Marcus was fantastic and so helpful. He managed to change the bulbs successfully and showed all the options available to me. His advice was honest and you could tell he has his customers best interest at heart. I am so grateful for the service provided by Marcus and the team at Halfords in Bordesley Green. 5* service. Thank you!!

   I visited Halfords in Bordesley Green today and received a first-class service. I popped in to have my side bulb changed on my Volvo V40 and Raees was the technician dealing with me. He was very knowledgable but what impressed me most was that he didn't give up until the problem was fixed. There was a problem with the connection and he had to take the whole headlight out to fix the problem. 30 minutes later he had it all fixed and put back together. If you need a problem solving on your car, ask for Raees, highly recommend him. He's a top guy with time and patience to do the job right.

   The shop is slightly overpriced for the things they sell. I think if you do go online you'll find the same products at a cheaper price. They only had two people in store which was disappointing. I had to wait 5 mins in the queue until I could ask a question. The other staff was with another customer and although my question was a quick one, he said I had to wait. So it was quicker for me to stand in the queue than to wait for him.
