   Reserved some Chelsea Boots on line. Arrived at store, boots were tried on. Show horn provided. T&Cs discussed on returns and trial period. Very efficient staff. Store is not inside the Bullring Centre. It is close to The Bull statue.

   Honestly, I would much rather enjoy shopping in your store if it wasn't for the store clerk following me around. Today, I was going to buy some items but I got fully put off as soon as the guy followed me upstairs and was just watching every move, I left store straight away after I had exchanged my items. It's an uncomfortable shopping experience.

   Awful customer service - refused to acknowledge a clear fault with shoes after only 2 wears. Seems to be consistent with Timberland's generally poor customer service reviews. If you value good service - look elsewhere.
