Have ordered security wall mount on 27th October. Not been dispatched. No answer on phone and no response to my email. Short of driving over at the moment to get my money back
I brought several guns from Enfield and whilst the service buying them has always been good. Everytime I go in their are different staff. I popped in last week to buy some shotgun shells only to find out their firearms licence has either lapsed or been removed. Not a gun or ammo in sight. I have been in several times to but shells amd Everytime I go in they never seem to have a regular supply of the same ammo. So u find a cartridge u like and next tike can't get it.. Shame.
Very disappointed with this business. They have had my air pistol for 3 months when I went into store to see where it had gone. They admitted that they had lost it. They took my details and I was promised a call back 2 days later. One week later I stood waiting as one of the staff were on lunch and the assistant behind the counter was too busy bad mouthing their colleague. When they returned he then took my details again and said I will receive a call next week. Again I did not receive a call and it would seem that I will not be getting my gun back. I went to store on Friday and found the store closed at 3pm and no one is answering the phone. Do not trust this business with your repairs and I would not purchase a gun as after sales is non existent.
Ordered a wall mounted gun lock online. Charged me £33.94. Never received the item. After e-mailing they said it must have got lost in post. Which I don't believe as when sending an item, typically this is tracked. Have now e-mailed multiple times asking for an update, and have received no response. Essentially they have robbed me. AVOID!
Had an issue with a .22 that I purchased. Spoke with Alan who helped resolve the issue and gave some brilliant advice. Service has always been excellent here, would recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff, called in looking to pick up a little something for the 10 year old son he had spotted on the Internet page (little explorer's kit) to be told we don't have any of those in and I'm not the 1st to come looking for one recently? I said I had seen them on their Web page, he replied "oh, that hasn't been updated for a few year's now"?? I thanked him for his honesty, My disappointed 10 year old and I left the shop, he wasn't very happy but I told him we will go to a different place to find one or something similar.

Very friendly staff and a good selection of kit. Not your normal grumpy gun shop, I would go here again. Also I dropped one of my cards at the counter and they even posted back to me, thank you! This was so nice I really appreciated it!
