I went this week to Halfords Sheldon and met very professional man namely Eimantas, who’s level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. I hope Halfords understands that he is great asset to your business and in my view be up for promotion and pay rise. I bought a nextbase dash cam set had them fitted at the sheldon branch. Excellent service explained how and where the cables will be hidden. Thanks to CJ very professional customer service would definitely recommend getting your dash cams from Halfords.
I was looked after by a very helpful and professional man named Shabrez. He was very friendly and efficient and didn’t mind me chatting to him when he was sorting my brake light out. I haven’t been having a good time lately and I do not think that Shabrez would have known how much him extending kindness and being so helpful was needed today. I would certainly go back to Halfords as the standard of customer care and service was great. Unfortunately many of our long standing companies in the UK have abandoned that approach. Well done Halfords and thank you Shabrez.
After a bit of a battle with the booking and dealing with customer service I got the booking sorted and what an amazing job they did. Big thanks to CJ today for the Front and Rear dashcam fitting. A brilliant job of hardwiring the dashcam into the car with no trace of the wire or no trace of the interior trim ever been tampered with in the first place. Explained every bit of the process to me to make sure I was happy and even spent a good 10 minutes showing me all the settings and features once installed and hardwired in
Staff were very helpful. Knowledgeable. Knew exactly what was needed. Told me about your premium membership plan and I was able to book in free MOT check and get 10% discount on having my windscreen wipes replace. Fantastic. Second to none quality service.
Pleasantly surprised with the Halfords branch staff at Sheldon, Birmingham. They were extremely helpful, polite and courteous, and they called to inform me that they had received a replacement tool in store the next day, after my query/request (estimated delivery was several days). I had an amazing experience at halfords. The member of staff Andrew helped me sign up and get £10 off my purchases! He answered any questions I had. He knows his stuff about cars! I had all my lights, tires, oils, coolant , and screenwash topped up ! I will be coming back again !
Great service from Andrew today. Quickly looked up and fitted the wipers I needed with a very friendly and efficient attitude despite the rain! Also clearly explained the Halfords Motor Club which saved me £5. Pleasant visit from a happy customer!
Came in on sunday for a bike health check, the man who did it was lovely and very helpful. Gave us some great advice for our sons xmas present. He was obviously busy with another bike when we came in the shop, but immediately acknowledged us and nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service thankyou.
