   I got my Twins pushchair and with the much needed buggy clasp for bags in January 2024 . I talked with Laura on the phone she was very friendly and helpful. the price was much better than anywhere else plus I didn't have to wait to order.    Richard has been fantastic! He helped us with our car seat choice where his knowledge of the brands and the understanding of our needs shon. We were given a pushchair by a relative but it was missing the connectors to connect our car seat to it he managed to sort the parts we needed even though spare parts for the brand are had to come by. The shop is always presented lovely and a joy to visit. We can’t wait to go and get the expert help picking a compact pushchair for travailing.

   A really amazing local, family run business that provides top quality service. As first time parents, we were completely overwhelmed with all the different options but Richard and his colleague were so knowledgeable about the different brands. They showed us a range of designs with various price points without bombarding us with too much choice. They answered all of our many questions and we left feeling really confident in our choice of pram and car seat. They had a beautiful range of other baby related items and so we will definitely be back.

   Richard and his team have been beyond amazing since day one! They have been so patient and accommodating as I’ve navigated the tricky path of feeling comfortable buying things for my baby in a high risk pregnancy after previous losses. He has exchanged countless emails with me as I’ve sought advice and what to buy and put together a wonderful newborn bundle. He also helped me find a travel system and a car seat (where it seemed impossible with a 2 door small car!). I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful personal service I have received and truly believe you couldn’t find a better store or team of people to help you with all your needs. I have also found it so easy to trust that whatever Richard sells is the best of the best and carefully considered which has simplified so many decisions that would otherwise be overwhelming.
