Our entire experience was flawless. Sarah provided the temperament and genuine positivity that every parent shopping with their 1 year old needs. Sarah understood our objectives, price point, personal requirements and went the extra mile to show us how several different products would suit our family needs. No hassle, no pressure, time and accessibility in abundance to make the right decision. We didn't need a prompt to leave this review, this is the highest level of customer service and convenience. We travelled 30mins to Stoke based on other parents’ recommendations and left feeling like we’d made an informed and correct decision about which products were best for us, something we couldn’t have done without Sarah’s support. Our purchase arrived next day to our doorstep. The showroom is clean, accommodating and parking is easy both at the front and back.
It was our first visit to the Stoke branch, and I can't express how warm and welcoming the staff made us feel. We already had a good idea of which pushchair we wanted. However, there was a wide selection of pushchairs and nursery furniture on display. After browsing around and feeling confident in our choice, Theresa kindly stepped in to give us a demonstration and patiently answered all our questions. We ended up purchasing the pushchair, and the best part was the convenience of having it stored at the warehouse to be delivered when we need it, which was a wonderful bonus.
Fantastic experience from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with my experience shopping at Pramworld! From the moment I worked through the door was a welcoming environment, the customer service from Cian was amazing! Answered all my questions and showed me how to use all the attachments and fold down the pushchair, was really reassuring with honest with me! Can tell he knows a lot about their products and genuinely care about helping parents find the right fit. Overall I would highly recommend Pramworld to any new or expecting parent. Went to Winstanleys today with my daughter-in-law with every intention of purchasing a new pram/ pushchair after reading all the good reviews, only to be very disappointed with the whole experience. We entered the store no one acknowledged us, we walked around the store 3 times and no one asked if we needed any help or even made eye contact with us. So we decided to leave and just as we opened the door a member of staff said bye. We very very very disappointed with the lack of interest from your staff, we went to Premier Baby & as soon as we entered we were greeted by a lovely lady with a lovely smile, we then proceeded into shop & was asked if she could help and so we've purchased a beautiful pram/ pushchair at half the cost, but with fantastic customer service.
Cannot recommend highly enough! Placed an order late in the day. Received notification of dispatch and tracking information the following day and the travel system was delivered the day after in perfect condition. One of the clips had a slight manufacturing defect, emailed customer service and spoke to Mia who resolved the issue quickly and effeciently. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

Amazing customer service provided . I was served by a lady called Bobby who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me a wide range of Prams explained the differences of each one . This made me feel at ease as this is all new to me. I would definitely Recommend this shop if you are looking for pram / pushchair due to the extensive range and great customer services .
