Small suggestion: could you split the women's sections again to 6/8/10 and 12/14 and 16/18 and 20plus? “Lovely and helpful staff, I received an item I brought online with a tag still in, after trying a few other shops they said TK max use that type of tag so went in, the lady on the till didn't have any luck but security came over to me as I was going to leave and said he could get it off, after about 10mins he came back with the tag removed. Nice that people can be so helpful.”
