    Having had a really bad experience with the same issue in the festival park branch. I went to this branch to deal with an exchange of a faulty item. The staff here were delightful and dealt with the issue with no problems at all having been given false information at festival park and the rudeness of the staff there. Thank you to the lovely ladies here

    Went into this store to take exchange a pair of boots that was faulty. Apparently this store doesn’t do click and collect, which I found very strange. As the item I wanted exchanging wasn’t in store. Big let down as I was forced to do delivery to home address. Staff kept asking me the same question what was wrong with the item, as well as confirming my details. Overall staff was friendly.

    I just came back from there. I went there wearing my own coat and on my way out the staff stopped me to ask to another staff out loud if my coat was one of them or not. That was very rude and I felt very disrespected. I will never buy anything from there. Even online.

    Staff in line was utterly rude, refused to refund clothes bought as a present that would not genuinely fit claiming that they been worn. Ofc they been worn, why do you think I want a refund because I tried them and won’t fit me maybe? COMPLETELY PLACE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS save your money elsewhere
