Generally clean store, well stocked most of the teams. Customer service team are incredibly lazy and rude. Will avoid servicing customers at all cost. When inquiring about items in store they groan and moan they have to do something. You get better customer service from the self check out machines.
I wanted 2 fresh made pizza from Morrisons..The women was so slow at making them. All she had to do was put the topping on. When I've been before the other women were a lot quicker. Good job there wasn't a que. If I see her again I'm not going get a pizza.
Good place to park to go in to town, not too far a walk
The supermarket is great and the café is great value for money. But the parking has put us off going now. My elderly parents and I went a few weeks ago, and my mum is disabled and in a wheelchair so we parked in the disabled bay. She had just come out of hospital and wanted to do her own shopping. We went for a coffee and used the toilets as we arrived, then a long browse around the shop. Then had some lunch, and used the toilets again. We went over the 3 hours by 13 minutes, and we have had to pay a £85 parking fine! Currently appealing but not what we needed to add to my parents' current stress levels.
They have moved everything around but still have decent prices and a good selection but no eggs.
Quick shopping trip to pick up emergency Birthday & Anniversary cards plus flowers. Great selection of flowers at an array of prices to suit your budget. My trip was during my lunch which was 12pm and it was very busy but still managed to get what I needed
