The design process felt collaborative and we were able to create a genuinely bespoke plan that delivered exactly what we were looking for. “I had a leaking tap and couldn’t see any makers marks, which meant I had no chance of finding the right nitrile washers online. I spoke to the guys in Plumbase and they suggested that I bring the tap in to find a match. They absolutely nailed it, result a leak free tap which saved me lots of hassle having to replace the whole unit. Thank you to a very friendly bunch of guys.”
