   Really great staff helped me work out what I wanted. The sofa was ready to be delivered within a few weeks but I wasn't so they kindly let me delay it by a few months. It is a fabulous sofa, stylish, well made and looks wonderful in my house (particularly once I have unpacked). Really pleased ;)))

   Brilliant service - both when I came in to look (with a rather excitable two year old) and when I came to pick up a very heavy sofa. Really knowledgeable and friendly, and incredibly kind about helping with carrying out the sofa when they really didn’t have to! I’ve now got a lot of their sofas too and they’re really great - the Bluebell especially is amazingly comfortable!

   Just wanted to say a huge belated thanks to the team at Bath. We originally bought a sofa having spent time with Odette (hope the spelling's right) and she was just brilliant. She helped track down the right fabric, colour and helped on choosing the right size for our room! FYI - the sofa is great! A month of so later we popped back into the store and picked up a bargain footstool in their sale, Odette recognised us too! Her colleague Gary helped this time and his manner and help was incredible. It is difficult to park near the store he offered to carry the item to our car which was a fair distance. If that's not going above and beyond with Customer Service I don't what is. Big thanks to you both!!

   Ordered a bed and it was delivered bang on time and they put the bed together efficiently and professionally. Love our new bed and could not have been happier - they kept us updated with the delivery date and time and notified us when they were 30 mins away. Great service and customer care - thanks.
