We visited yesterday to browse and look for potential xmas presents, however, the lady was extremely unwelcoming. She said she was busy (there was nobody else in the store- we didn't even ask for any assistance or to take any of her time), that they were closing soon (they had an hour until they closed), and effectively asked us to leave despite us just quietly looking around. Will definitely not be buying anything from here again. Appalling customer service. If you don't want customers browsing products (on the run up to Christmas!) then make your shop appointment only.
