The design process felt collaborative and we were able to create a genuinely bespoke plan that delivered exactly what we were looking for. The creation of 3D visuals allowed us to assess the various materials and finishes, as well as sense checking the overall design. “I had a leaking tap and couldn’t see any makers marks, which meant I had no chance of finding the right nitrile washers online. I spoke to the guys in Plumbase and they suggested that I bring the tap in to find a match. They absolutely nailed it, result a leak free tap which saved me lots of hassle having to replace the whole unit. Thank you to a very friendly bunch of guys.”

We bought a mattress from bed-e-buys 5 years ago, which was a great experience and we were very happy with our purchase. However a few weeks ago we thought our mattress may have a fault and raised claim under the warranty. The mattress was assessed and found to be fine but bed-e-buys took the claim very seriously.
