What an actual pleasure it was today to meet Mark and Denise who run this bed store. Had to purchase a bed for my elderly Dad and Denise was so helpful, patient and understanding of all I needed to consider for my Dad. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and cheerful and had a good selection to choose from that suited my needs. We recently experienced superb service from Denise & Mark when buying a Windsor king-size bedframe. We wanted to mix two designs from their range which required substantial interaction with the manufacturer who was also extremely supportive. We were provided with free samples of the potential finish together with all the measurements that we needed to ensure the best fit for our room. All-round excellent advice, support, pricing & delivery; no need to look anywhere else in Bath!
I want to say a huge thank you to Mark and Denise for such excellent customer care! We bought a mattress from bed-e-buys 5 years ago, which was a great experience and we were very happy with our purchase. However a few weeks ago we thought our mattress may have a fault and raised claim under the warranty. The mattress was assessed and found to be fine but bed-e-buys took the claim very seriously. Denise managed the claim directly with the supplier and kept us informed the whole way through via emails and calls. Thank you so much for looking after us so well, 5 years after our purchase!
