Both delivery drivers (as I ordered more part way through my project) were very helpful and full of cheer! The quality of the product and service is top notch. And when I had just a few warped items, which is perfectly reasonable out of 300 pieces, James adjusted my 2nd order to reflect. For a small, family run, business they certainly know their stuff and have everything you need when you want it. I placed an order and it was delivered on time (very friendly delivery driver). My next order was even quicker so I would have no hesitation in recommending Haven Timber. Doesn’t mater whether you are a trade or casual customer they value you.
Just been over to Haven earlier today. Bought a log store, a lovely garden seat, a couple of fence panels with post and some fantastic solar lights that I put in the garden earlier and they were exactly as the staff described. The service from the Haven people was superb, so knowledgeable and helpful. Long live the local suppliers...... so much better than a B&Q experience :-)
