   Flawless. Can’t recommend the team at Kutchenhaus enough. Started off with a warm first experience choosing ranges and having our very many questions answered. Then an incredible design (or 2) appointments with Ben. Followed up with great communications and guidance from Jodie. Then a call from Pat regarding install. All in All just a brilliant service. The whole process you’re totally looked after. Having purchased the first one for my personal home weeks later I purchased a 2nd for my student rental. I will be back for more. I’m just so so impressed with the quality of the kitchen, the flawless service and more importantly…. the after sales. It’s just well thought out and spot on! I love my kitchen and putting up with my emails. I am already talking about my 3rd kitchen with them.

   Kutchenhaus Bath have completely transformed my home, there is just no comparison to what was there before. Rather than being embarrassed to invite people around, I now can’t wait to let them in! The open plan kitchen and living area is now a complete and connected space instead of having a dark and depressing ‘cave’ at one end of the room. Going above and beyond describes my overall experience with Kutchenhaus Bath perfectly, from initial consultation, through to design and installation, everyone and everything has been exceptional. Jodi understood what I was hoping to achieve and supported me throughout the process, joined by Patrick during installation and sign off. Ben expertly turned my ideas into a really beautiful and practical design that was then extremely capably and carefully installed by Dave. The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious with the resulting kitchen itself being of a very high quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, I couldn’t be happier!

Everything has been designed with such logic and efficiency that using it feels effortless. - Project Management: Pat, our project manager, was fantastic! Any issues that arose were quickly and efficiently resolved, making the whole process stress-free. - Support & Communication: A massive shoutout to Rob (Managing Director) for his hands-on approach and ensuring everything went smoothly.    What a great experience from spotting these guys at a large home development show, right through to the completion of a wonderfully refurbished and high quality kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Sales can often be the easy part, particularly when quality German products speak for themselves, but it's the design and subsequent 'project management' of the order which matters most in my opinion. Thankfully we had Ben visit/measure and design us an amazing kitchen, listening carefully to our needs and then enhancing upon our requirements applying his experience and professionalism. Once we had that signed off it was passed over to Jodi to project manage and ensure all the pieces fitted together in a timely manner. To be honest, we had some minor casualties as a result of the kitchen's journey from Germany, but these were quickly put right by the Kutchenhaus Bath team, who are so focussed on delivery and customer service (no job is finished until a customer is delighted). Not the cheapest kitchens on the market to be honest (and certainly not the most expensive), but you get what you pay for and a whole lot more; in this case it's exceptional design, quality, and unequivocal customer care. Highly recommended.

   From start to finish the Kutchenhaus Bath team were brilliant and we couldn’t be more pleased with the kitchen Ben designed for us - a great space with lots of smart ways to maximise storage and look fab. We take great pleasure when people say ‘those wooden worktops must take a lot of looking after’ responding ‘o no they are laminate!’. We can’t recommend them highly enough (and already have to several friends and family who are getting their kitchen’s done this year).

   After viewing several kitchen suppliers we opted for Kutchenhaus Bath. We were impressed with the quality, design, integrated solutions and choice. The Bath team, director Rob, designer Ben, fitters Martyn and Barry and administrator Jodi, communicated with us throughout the process and any problems seamlessly dealt with. Our requests for small changes to the design were handled quickly and efficiently. We expected an exceptional finished product supported by excellent service and we were not disappointed. We now have our dream kitchen and have no hesitation in recommending Kutchenhaus Bath.

   From Ben's design to Danny's installation the project ran like clockwork particularly as it had to be integrated with substantial building/plumbing and electrical works provided by other contractors. When the kitchen was delivered to site some units had been damaged in transit. So often you hear of horror stories where replacements take weeks to arrive but not with Kutchenhaus Bath; replacement units were delivered whilst the install proceeded and Danny even identified some minor flaws which were dealt with without quibble and before final payment was required. We are delighted with the finished result and Rob should be proud of his team.

   Rated 5 out of 5 stars Wish there was a sixth star! The team at Kutchenhaus were wonderful. We are pretty high maintenance as this was such a big deal and they helped us along the way, did an amazing design, and at the end we have a wonderful solidly constructed and beautiful kitchen.    This is the fourth kitchen we have had designed and fitted over the years and without a doubt it is the best. The design by Ben was excellent. He listened to what we needed and was very patient, making tweaks and changes as we adjusted our plans. He was creative and yet very practical and made the experience enjoyable. The product itself is fantastic and we’re delighted with kitchen. Likewise the installation - Martin and Barry were brilliant and real craftsmen. In the background we had plenty of contact and communication with Rob and Jodi who kept on top of everything and gave us complete confidence. In short the whole buying, installation and service experience was pretty much perfect. Others could learn a lot from them.

   After being very happy with the Line "N" kitchen units supplied by Kutchenhaus Bristol in 2019 and now wanting to refurbish our utility room I contacted Elliott Thomas with the ideals I had for the design. He was able to complete the design with Riva units and being happy with the design an order was placed. Following on I was kept up to date by Jodi Andrews with the progress of the order which was being delivered a week earlier unfortunately the pandemic changed that but Rob contacted us on the Sunday to advise us, we are very satisfied with the units and the personal service we received, all our friends say the room is amazing.'
