Was met with a rude volunteer in the shop yesterday . I wished her good morning and I commented on how lovely and sunny it was today. I was met with a grunt and no smile. I was promptly rudely told NOT to place my costa coffee cup on the shelf! As drinks were not allowed in store. I apologised and didn’t realise this was not allowed. However, I’m sure you can find more positive and happy people to work in the charity shop than the one I met yesterday did NOT do the charity justice. I Will not visit there again. In comparison the next charity shop I entered, I was welcomed with a positive “good morning!” Which was lovely. We all have bad days etc , but I’ve reading another similar comment on here of a rude and disrespectful volunteer at your store .

Me and my family went to this shop yesterday. We liked some clothes and wanted to buy them. Unfortunately we visited there during the closing time. The person looking after the shop reminded us that the shop will close in 1 min. So we decided to do the billing. But my mother in law wanted to try it quickly before buying it. She was in the trial room when that person switched off all the lights. He then angrily stared at us. It felt so rude. And all this was exactly at 1631hrs when the shop was supposed to close at 1630hrs. This shop is doing a good service for society and it doesn't deserve such people running the shop. This review is particularly about the person who was handling the shop at 1630hrs on 28/02/22. I would still recommend people to visit such charity shops as they are doing a good deed in the society.

The neatest, cleanest charity shop there ever was! The number of bargains I've got from here... The staff are amazing too.

Well stocked, clean and tidy shop and the prices are more sensible than some of the other city centre charity shops.
