Can't thank Amy enough, fantastic service, my elderly mother was deaf in both ears and very apprehensive about seeing an audiology specialist. However as soon as she met Amy she was put at ease with Amy's lovely calming manner and communication! Both ears were done and my mother how has her hearing back which has made her life 100 per cent better, we literally cannot thank Amy enough and recommend her highly enough!
My ear was in agony so went to Emma for micro-suctioning. It was an absolute life saver. She was so professional, caring and gentle and took the time to do a really thorough job. She explained everything as she did it and gave me some great tips and recommendations. My ears have been fab ever since. I was most impressed with Emma's calm, friendly professionalism and care in removing the build-up of wax in one of my ears. She checks very thoroughly that micro-suction is appropriate and safe for each client and the written information about pre- and post- procedure is most helpful. I was astonished - and delighted - at the immediate improvement in my hearing. I can recommend her warmly.
