Can't thank Amy enough, fantastic service, my elderly mother was deaf in both ears and very apprehensive about seeing an audiology specialist. However as soon as she met Amy she was put at ease with Amy's lovely calming manner and communication! My ear was in agony so went to Emma for micro-suctioning. It was an absolute life saver. She was so professional, caring and gentle and took the time to do a really thorough job.
