   Receptionist let you down. I was 15 minutes late due to a road closure following an accident only to be told that my appointment was no longer available and they wouldn't rebook me.

   My girlfriend was told that she didn't deserve to have an appointment today by the dentist. That nothing was wrong. That was after another dentist said she needed a tooth extracted and her appointment was cancelled, again! What is going on? Who do we believe? Not happy with this kind of treatment.

   The male dentist that we saw was very good. He was very clear to my daughter about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He had a lot patience and was really kind and thoughtful. Him and his assistant were really great! Think he only works a Tuesday at the dentist but was amazing! Just wish he was there more!

   Fantastic service today , 3 fillings done in Lockdown as emergency patient. Faultless welcome, Effie the Dentist and the calm Dental Nurse talked me down from a real panic I had got myself in when they really probably did NOT have the time Amazing ..felt no pain and was shocked when she said she had finished the 3rd Filling . Really useful after advice and dental care plan also discussed before I left . Exceptional service and care . Thanks to you all for being there in this awful period . Helen Miller

   Really like this dental practice. Laura is my dentist and she is friendly and explains things well. I have had to get some urgent treatment recently on 2 occasions and there was no trouble getting urgent appointments. Reception staff are polite and helpful as well. I would recommend this dental practice.

   Have visited this dentist several times, most recently today for an emergency appointment. They are absolutely fantastic - the receptionist, dentist, dentist's assistant... all made me feel so at ease despite my nerves and provided me with the best treatment possible. Highly recommended!
