It's not like you even giving me the treatment for free I'm paying for your time and it's not cheap very expensive. What part am I not understanding or getting you've told me I can have treatment done there in spite the fact you've been messing me about for the last three months and yet now you think you're just going to wash your hands of me I want to make a formal complaint I want that formal complaint investigated and if I'm not happy with the outcome I will go to ombudsman. What gives you the right to treat me so badly I'm a patient there supposedly and if I end up losing my tooth. Because of your practice I will be looking for compensation. Absolutely shocking customer service and yet then you claim that you're good don't look like it. As for recommending your practice I definitely won't be doing that to anyone anytime soon
Wonderful staff. A sanctuary of calm for the dentally fearful! I had an extraction with intravenous sedation and thankfully knew nothing about it. Reasonable prices, professional, kind and experienced dentists. Thank you.
As someone who avoided the dentist for just over 10 years, it was about time I finally went. The team here are amazing, really put me at ease. I need a small amount of work doing but the options they have to undergo the work has basically removed my anxiety of the dentist! Really happy!

As a agency nurse who helps cover staff shortages in the Bath area, it was with ease that I was able to carry out my duties in a very well COVID controlled environment. This was my third visit to Calum and his wonderful staff. I had first visited the practice as I was a nervous dental patient,and had used other dentists with traditional methods that I found uncomfortable. Immediately after meeting Calum,he made me feel at ease,and the layout of the surgery and support staff help greatly as well. This means that when a future dental Issue occurs,it will not be a problem for me,in fact,such is my confidence in them I might even undergo treatment in the Traditional methods. SB Corsham Issue i
2 Cancelled appointments on the day, 1 appointment cancelled within an hour of it, 2 appointments kept, however dentist was sharing patients on that day due to sickness, 5 minutes in the chair, full price to pay. Desk Assistant wrote appointment as 16.15, was meant to be 15.15, however was extremely rude and arrogant when asked if appointment could be re-booked. Original Dentist left after pregnancy was fantastic, as was the desk assistant Fern. Have moved to new dental practice, service amazing in comparison.
