   Rob is fantastic, and the treatment was what I needed as my skin feels and looks to have improved in just one session. After the consultation with skin scanning Rob took time to carefully explain concerns and what could be done to improve my skin. Advised for a combination treatment to tackle my Rosacea and dehydration. Treatment beginning to end was fantastic and relaxing. Looking forward for my next treatment and start this journey to take care of myself a bit more. Thank you Rob

   Initially I was impressed with Robs prompt response to my first enquiry via PHformula. After the first consultation I was feeling excited to begin my skin journey and grow in confidence. However from this point on communication was poor. 3 times I have had to chase orders placed as taken over a month to arrive. Most recently an order never arrived and I waited over a month and no replies via various communication platforms before deciding to request charge back. Suddenly I then got a response and then to my surprise a challenge to mycharge back despite never receiving my order or a response. I often had to wait over 3 weeks for a reply of any kind and that was after sending several follow up emails even though I was requesting to spend more money with them. As a service that states it is always available and willing to help I did not feel this and feel extremely disappointed and let down. I feel as practitioners who want to help people with their skin and confidence they have very little understanding of their impact of lack of communication has on individuals trying desperately to improve their skin and confidence. I have chosen to use a different service as a result and would not recommend Dermaguru if you want a reliable and supportive skin care journey.

   Rob is a treasure! As soon as I arrived in the salon Rob made me feel relaxed and like I could talk to him about anything. His knowledge is amazing and explains everything clearly. I left with a full aftercare plan but what's really refreshing is Rob encouraged me to finish up my existing products rather than just selling me a load of new products. 5 days after my first treatment and my skin feels great. I'm already looking forward to my second treatment.

   My appointment with Rob was very different from your typical "facial appointment". Rob has a 360 approach and found out more about me and my lifestyle and the impact that has on my overall health.    Rob is so knowledgable about all things skin. He is always doing more training and research to deepen his knowledge. I would highly recommend a course of treatments with Rob. It also means that I have finally found skincare products and regime without having to search, buy the wrong things, and then have to eventually throw them away!

He took his time to get to know me and talk through how he can apply his experience and facial treatment options to suit my needs. He ensured I felt comfortable and relaxed at all times and I left with glowing skin! I highly recommended DermaGura particularly if you’re looking for a slightly more advanced and technical facial to really target any skin issues you may have.
