“I was an NHS patient at Care Fertility Bath in 2023-2024, and I had a wonderful experience. All the nurses, doctors, embryologists, receptionists - everyone was kind, understanding & informative, and the clinic itself is a welcoming place. We had one round of ICSI IVF and two embryo transfers, the second being successful. The process was really quick once we got started, I know the timings depend very much on the patients and how busy the clinic is etc. so maybe we just got lucky, but I was pregnant within 9 months of our first appointment. The care before, during and after my treatment was great, I really didn't know what to expect when we went for our first appointment but everything went so much more smoothly than I anticipated. It's a strange situation to find yourself in, we were advised to take it one step at a time which was the best advice, and I was always made to feel comfortable. No procedures were painful and everything was discussed with me clearly before going ahead. I would recommend this clinic and I would return there in the future.”

“I was directed to these lovely people by my normal insurers (the NFU) because the question i posed was so far out of their (The NFU's ) normal field of operation (no pun intended). After a bit of toing and froing with information and a couple of calls to clarify some of the inner compexities of the issue i posed them, and an awful lot of hard graft on their part on my behalf, a sensible quote was found and business will be done.
