   I went through some extensive trauma in my life a few years ago and since buried it and became quite shut off to people since. Recent events unravelled this and my mental health spiralled to the point I did not want to live and felt depressed, which I tried to hide to everyone around me. I contacted Michelle as I felt like I had no other option than to get support even though I did not know what I needed. Michelle was warm, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. Through our sessions we worked through a lot and within 3 months I no longer feel depressed and I’m on the other side of it. I have no idea how she has done it and how it was worked but it has been the best thing I ever did. I expected to be seeing Michelle for a lot longer. She is a miracle worker. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
