“If I could give 6 stars, I would! After having a rubbish time at a different practice before, this was a perfect experience. The team are lovely, you're very looked after. The actual treatment was great. I had lip filler and Rebecca was amazing. She spent loads of time with me, made sure it was just as I wanted. It was surprisingly pain free, I felt in very safe hands, all just great. Would absolutely recommend, and I love my lips, thanks so much!”

“I went to Eva a few months ago to have laser treatment on cherry angioma and a few patches of hyperpigmentation. Eva is very knowledgeable and skilled. She managed to totally remove the cherry angioma above my eye, which is a tricky place for healing. I am so happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend her. I’ll definitely go back to her for future treatments.”

“6/5 All. Day. Long! Royal treatment from arrival to departure. It’s the little things - name placard on door, beautifully presented gifts on the bed, warm welcomes from every single staff member, gorgeous grounds and perfect cocktails and a lovely breakfast made this stay absolutely incredible. Walk everywhere (ok … downhill - but then just Uber up!) I felt bathed in luxury the entire time I was there. Large, well appointed rooms. Luxurious bed and bedding! And, very serene. Go live your own Bridgerton moment! You deserve it.”

“I don’t normally leave reviews but wanted to recognise the excellence of the team at No.15 in hosting a special birthday dinner for my wife and 12 friends. The service was impeccable - attentive but discrete, and the food of excellent quality. The private dining room has a large single table and high ceilings and was perfect for dinner parties. “We recently had a wonderful stay at The Bath Priory Hotel whilst visiting our eldest at University. The location was perfect — peaceful yet only a short walk into town. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with views of the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was delicious, though service was a little on the slow side unfortunately. A special mention to the gardener, who truly made our stay memorable. She took the time to show us around parts of the garden, shared her incredible knowledge, helped carry our bags to the car, and even picked a few flowers for my husband and I as we left. Such a thoughtful gesture — we’ll never forget. We both said how refreshing it was to meet such a kind & enthusiastic young person. The facilities at the Spa were well maintained, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. A perfect place to unwind — we look forward to coming back again.”

“My Wife and I went on a Spa day to celebrate Valentines and had a Shea nourishing scrub and wrap. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the nature of the treatment was very relaxing and interesting. I particularly want to mention that Beth my therapist on the day did the best massage for me for as long as I can remember (I hope I remembered her name correctly..) Being a manual therapist, I can tell when I am being worked on by someone highly skilled and talented. Will come back again when we are around the area!”

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views from the room were just breathtaking. We truly felt like we were in a five-star sanctuary. We took a dip in the outdoor pool which was incredible. What really made this hotel stand out, though, was the staff. Every single team member was so friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
