The Bath Priory provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. We stayed for two nights in a beautifully appointed room that was both elegant and extremely comfortable, offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, with excellent quality ingredients, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere that set the tone for the day. We also booked a full body massage, which was superbly delivered by professional and skilled therapists, leaving us completely relaxed and refreshed. The indoor pool was another standout feature, calm, immaculately maintained, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was discreet, warm, and highly professional, making the entire stay feel effortless. A truly memorable stay in a stunning setting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

We have been coming for the Christmas package at the Bath Priory for nearly 15 years now and we always have an amazing visit. The staff go out of their way to make our trip special and memorable. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The food is incredible at the pantry and in the dining room. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. Mostly though the service is unbeatable. It is hands down our favorite place to visit. So much care and effort is made to ensure everyone enjoys themselves. Such an amazing group of people.

I visited for Sunday breakfast and was unfortunately disappointed. While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were welcoming and professional, the breakfast fell well short of expectations given the upscale setting and room rates. The Β£5 so called 'sourdough toast' was served rock hard and the overall breakfast was undersized and lacking in flavor. I hope the kitchen will invest in higher-quality ingredients and culinary improvement going forward.

Good location, building getting a bit tired around the edges, needs a refurb. A fridge in the room would be good. Service, for us, was OTT. I don't need someone to carry a toothbrush up to my room. Spa w2as very clean but a bit small. Gardens looked great for use at other times of the year. Easy to walk to Victoria gardens, the city centre or bus.

We recently had a wonderful stay at The Bath Priory Hotel whilst visiting our eldest at University. The location was perfect β peaceful yet only a short walk into town. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with views of the beautiful gardens. Breakfast was delicious, though service was a little on the slow side unfortunately. A special mention to the gardener, who truly made our stay memorable. She took the time to show us around parts of the garden, shared her incredible knowledge, helped carry our bags to the car, and even picked a few flowers for my husband and I as we left. Such a thoughtful gesture β weβll never forget. We both said how refreshing it was to meet such a kind & enthusiastic young person. The facilities at the Spa were well maintained, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. A perfect place to unwind β we look forward to coming back again.

I have stayed here before many years ago and the property is still lovely, although the decor is very similar some 15 years later. The room was lovely and the staff are really nice and helpful. However the room was directly above the kitchen and so very noisy. I heard the noise before we went to dinner at 6.30pm and thought there must be some local building work going on with the level of banging. Hoping that it would have stopped by the time we got back from dinner. We got back into the room around 8.30 and it was time to put my young son to bed, so obviously we had no Tv on as we needed to be quiet. However the level of noise coming from the kitchen was even louder than before dinner and it was constant loud clattering and banging. My little boy was struggling to get to sleep and it was not relaxing for me either. I called down and explained, they said they would call back after referring to a manager. When they did call back they offered another room and I asked to go and see it. By this time my son had drifted off, the other room was a bit quieter but I could still hear the kitchen noise so I didnβt see the point in disturbing my little boy and moving all of our stuff. I was assured that the kitchen noise would get quieter by 10pm. I was hoping for a relaxing evening myself, which is what I booked the break for, but it was completely ruined by the loud noise. It was impossible to hear myself think and it woke my son up several times before it finally went quiet at 11.30pm. As he is an early riser I normally go to sleep earlier than this, so I was left feeling weary the next day. The hotel overall was nice but this did ruin the whole stay. They offered Β£100 as a gesture but to be honest it doesnβt really offer enough to compensate for the fact that the stay was ruined. I spoke to the receptionist at check out who said the general manager would be in touch with me to discuss everything, but as yet I have no heard from them.

Review β minimum We went to the Bath Priory for a relaxing weekend and it was perfect. Before we arrived the customer service was top notch. Kitti even suggested and booked a fantastic restaurant in Bath for our second night - the Circus - and ensured our stay was special. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent and well accompanied by a great selection of wines. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a superior room, which was beautiful (much like the rest of the hotel) and really spacious. The spa was peaceful and the treatments we had were very good. All in all a fantastic experience.

We had such an amazing stay for my birthday, it was such a nice relaxing escape for the weekend. The restaurant was amazing and the service was particularly good, especially from Isabella and Daniel who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best meal :)

Just back from an amazing 2nd time stay at Bath Priory with 2 girlfriends. The staff are so personable and the Suite was amazing and the L-Occitane Treatments felt really luxurious. We felt very looked after, the Spa is super relaxing and the gardens were gorgeous as always. Very relaxing, THANK YOU Bath Priory for a super weekend.

This is by far one of my favourite hotels in Bath. The personal service you get here is wonderful. From check-in, to wine/dine and check-out, the staff make you feel warmly welcomed. There are wonderful social rooms where you can relax for tea or wine, amazing garden spaces and the rooms are luxury. The The general Spa facility is limited but, considering the hotel size, it's not something to be disappointed with, thought it could do with a little touching up on the paint. The Spa treatments did, however, exceed expectations. Will definitely return!
