Lovely staff, perfect location, and really well thought out rooms and hotel design. Only downside is that no-one ever seems to answer the phone, either internally (from the room) or externally! If they could fix that small issue it would be a full 5* across all categories.

I absolutely loved our stay here. My only regret is staying only one night because we stayed at another place called the Yard which was not at all great compared to this. The rooms were fantastic and they have vinyl players in the room were such a lovely touch and the staff members were also great. Ellen specially was so nice and she gave us amazing suggestions with what to do during our time in Bath. We also loved the pantry they offered for some lovely snacks. All in all I highly recommend this place!

Can't fault our stay here. Service was real, welcoming and considerate. Celebrated our anniversary in style. We found breakfast to be delicious and varied. The dinner at the bar was nice but maybe slightly overpriced chewy steak. Staff again were great. The spa and the massages we received were top tier and well worth the visit. Incredibly relaxing and knowledgeable. Would return just for this. The hideout suite was brilliant and had so much to make it an excellent experience. Massive bedroom, lounge and the star of the show the giant hot tub and double shower. The pantry was generous and needed. If you're exploring Bath, location is ideal. Highly recommended as it's not trying to be pretentious as some hotels in Bath come across as, but provides a top quality stay.

Really lovely boutique hotel and in fabulous location. Rooms were beautiful, with lovely touches like the record player. Bed very comfortable. Note there is not air conditioning in the hotel if you are going in the summer. Everyone was very welcoming, there are snacks carts you can help yourself from, and the breakfast was fantastic.

I donβt normally leave reviews but wanted to recognise the excellence of the team at No.15 in hosting a special birthday dinner for my wife and 12 friends. The service was impeccable - attentive but discrete, and the food of excellent quality. The private dining room has a large single table and high ceilings and was perfect for dinner parties. Lucy was also great with the booking - thank you all.

Iβd like to thank all the staff at No15 Bath for being so attentive and friendly during my recent stay with my daughter. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Alex made our evening amazing with his extensive wine knowledge and great cocktails and Richard and was extremely welcoming and couldnβt do enough for us. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the luxurious and relaxing treatments that we received from Sarah and Eleonora , truly wonderful. We will definitely be returning x

My husband and I along with our son stayed here for our mini-moon. We were blown away by the amazing service from the staff, all were very helpful and friendly. The hotel decor is incredible and very unique. We had previously booked I'm October but my husband became unwell. The staff were great in helping us rebook. The food is incredible, we didn't have dinner in the restaurant as we didn't want to leave our son on his own. But we had the most incredible room service and yummy breakfast. The location is great as you're close to all the tourist attractions. I would highly recommend booking car parking with the hotel in advance, we didn't do this the first stay but much easier the second time. Thank you for making our mini-moon and family trip so memorable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the staff and we felt that the hotel (and the spa in particular) had such a lovely relaxing feel to it. We stayed in one of the Great Pulteney rooms which was very grand and luxurious, the bedding was also lovely and we slept amazingly. The extra touches such as the record player, Dyson appliances and access to a pantry for free snacks and drinks was much appreciated. Our spa treatment (copper bath package) was also excellent and a truly unique experience. ISSUES: Our only gripe was parking related, as train strikes were announced for the day of our stay and sadly the hotel car park was already fully booked. After spending hours (literally) driving around gridlocked car parks throughout Bath trying to find a space, thankfully a parking space at the hotel became available hours later. Iβm not sure what we would have done if it had not become free, as it was impossible to park in the city and we have never experienced anything like this. Although the hotel parking may seem expansive, Iβd definitely recommend either booking ahead to secure a parking space at the hotel, or just getting a train in to the city. Itβs really worth it to save the parking related stress!

What a fantastic stay it has been! Iβm yet to find a more lovely and helpful staff, specially the two ladies who helped us with our very heavy pieces of luggage when we arrived under the rain! The rooms are the cosiest ever, with your very own vinyl record player and unlimited treats from the pantry. By far the best hotel Iβve stayed at in England, and I canβt wait to come back!

Wow this place is fantastic. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of there way to help us. From carrying our cases to the room, to lending us an umbrella. Absolutely five star service, with a smile, nothing was to much trouble. We stayed in the pulteney room. Absolutely beautiful room, the architecture was amazing, loved every detail, sink, curtains, fittings... the list goes on. If we needed anything extra (bottle opener/iron etc) the staff sorted us out straight away. A brilliant stay, beautiful room, with five star service, would 100% return, and recommend. Thank you.
