   Asked for a manicure, advertised at £15, booked online, then asked for white tips, £5. Did not ask for builder gel as I knew it ruined my nails. What did i get, without asking, builder gel. After 8 days, it's started to come off & my nails are already breaking. Somehow, my bill came to £28, I think they randomly pull a number out of a hat. Communication is poor, just do a slap dash job to get you out as fast as possible for next mug! Definitely would NOT recommend, partly my own fault for not reading reviews, but would of liked what I asked for, now I have to endure weeks of nails breaking, I went in with medium to long healthy nails, came out with stubs, now I have all shapes & sizes. Only out to rip people off!!

   My girlfriend had a really frustrating experience at this salon. The woman who started her nails only glued on the tips, then left without saying anything and moved on to another client. A man then came over and took over the service. He barely communicated throughout the process and seemed more focused on rushing than getting things right. He kept looking over at his colleague, who was finishing my girlfriend’s sister’s nails, clearly trying to wrap things up as fast as possible. My girlfriend asked for the letter “D” on her nail tips, and he responded “okay”—but then put a “T” instead. When she politely corrected him, he got visibly frustrated. She did end up getting the right design in the end, but it was done with attitude and little care. On top of that, the nails were crooked, uneven, and definitely not worth the time or money. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. If you’re looking for quality service and attention to detail, I’d suggest going somewhere else

   the staff are really lovely and friendly but the nail art was disappointing. i understand i gave them a tricky design but it didn’t look similar at all. also, the nail vanish came off within a few days so unfortunately i will not be returning, especially when it costs me £40+

   Love the nails, they did a good job! I would give 5 stars, but they overcharged me at the end, citing “extra colour” used. I got acrylic extensions with a French manicure (Pink & White Tips), which the website says is £35, but they charged me £40 because of this mysterious “extra colour” that they definitely didn’t use. While £5 isn’t too bad, it’s the principle of incurring extra, hidden costs which annoyed me. I would recommend the service, but make sure to overestimate how much they will charge.

   I have used this nail salon twice recently. My first visit was to have my nails manicured and coloured by SNS (Powder). The person who attended me spoke very poor English and when I queried why she was applying the powder with a paintbrush and a pot of liquid she didn't understand me. When I got home, my granddaughter informed me that she had applied acrylic. I went in at the beginning of this week to have it removed. I think it would have been easier to have had concrete removed. They filed the colour off with a drill having soaked my nails in acetone for a very long time. When my fingers came out of the dish the skin had no colour. My nails are now wafer thin and sore to touch. The small amount of nail left has broken and cracked. It will take months for them to get back to normal. I find it difficult to carry out the easiest task using my hands - like making the bed or typing this review! I find it irritating that to maximise business they flit from one customer to another. I will definitely not be using them again whenever my nails recover.

   Very poor service, I would avoid this place at all cost. I ended up paying £37!! (voucher £25). When I questioned the price I was told I’d had extensions which was not true. My nails are bumpy and the colour is uneven in the light. I tried to make polite conversation which was met with no response, it felt like they were cross I’d interrupted there morning conversation. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and not the relaxing treat I was expecting.
