I was there on holiday and my Ecco boots had a fault, which is VERY rare. The staff there in Bath could not have been more helpful and supportive and found a solution for me. They were brilliant and understanding and professional - especially as I have weird feet, well one weird foot. So a huge thank to Ecco and to your brilliant staff in the Bath store.
