   The customer service I recieved today was again, impeccable. I was initially served by Mia, who said she had recognised me, this is because I shopped here 6 weeks ago and the only reason I came back today was to support the staff/shop due to the amazing customer service. Tom C served us at the till, and again, exceptional service. Happy, chirpy, charming and interacted with my son who was keen to see Tom again because of his lovely nature. Absolute credits to the team. Hopefully they are appreciated and this is reflected from above because it’s not often you get service like this anymore. This branch has become my favourite place to purchase our shoes and trainers due to the fantastic staff.

   I visited earlier this afternoon, and my experience was amazing and I’d like to praise a staff member, Charlie. He was very efficient and friendly when I asked if they had a shoe in a size 5. I wanted to pay with klarna in store and I’d never done it before and he very helpfully showed me how to do it in a way where I didn’t feel stupid. The payment at the till took much longer than I thought it would because I had to verify my bank account. He was very patient in saying “it’s okay you don’t need to rush there’s no one waiting” and he was understanding in the sense that these things happen. I didn’t feel rushed and he made me feel like a very valued customer. Highly recommend this store and the staff are lovely as always :)

   I have been to the store multiple times and my experience has always been great! Everyone is always super friendly and happy to help if you need it. I've never felt pressured to buy something just because I tried it on. I went into the store today, Emily helped me and she was amazing!

   As I stood in the queue to be served I watch as a fellow was integrated with regard to his purchase..he wanted to buy a pair of shoes..to do this an arrogant..and very condescending youth demanded his telephone number ..his email and his address..he refused his telephone number and the refused to sell him the shoes..I decided not to buy shoes I had picked out..it was ridiculous..data capture in the extreme.

   Very few Office London brand shoes. Office seem to hawk everyone else's footwear now.....Converse, Dr Martens, UGG etc. Definitely lost its mojo
