I thought the service was very good and the assistant new what they were doing my 16 month old grandson was very happy with his first pair of shoes. We did go on Saturday so there was a 15 minute wait to be served. Generally very good.
Had a great experience in store today. Sue the manager was very friendly and extremely knowledgable of the range they offer. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of boots. She’s an asset to the company and I’d definitely go back to visit the Bath store.
Went in today to buy our 1 year old her first pair of shoes and get her feet measured. She has a real shoe phobia and HATES wearing them at the mo, but the staff were really helpful and were not phased by her meltdown at all. Didn't find shoes we wanted, but staff still gave excellent service and helpful advice. Would still recommend.
The young lady was friendly, pleasant, and efficient and provided nice and speedy service. Nice spacious, well laid out shop with plenty of space and a reasonable choice of shoes with a range of prices.

Absolute outstanding. On a trip from Edinburgh and service so good I had to post. Manager Sue super friendly and helpful. 2 staff severing me downstairs Caitlin and Abbie also brilliant. I have always had consistently good service in Edinburgh from Clarks, but good to know the company extends this experience UK wide. If you are in Bath and fancy some shoes, don’t hesitate.

Never very busy, so staff can be quite intrusive when you are just having a browse. As not many shoes are on display you have to view the shoes on an iPad which is not the same as seeing them in real life or picking them up, almost like online shopping. The shoes however, are good shoes.
