Shoes were delivered well packaged (with plenty of protection for the box), within time frame as listed on their website and they included a free pair of shoe trees with my order. I emailed asking a question about tracking and received a polite response within a day that answered my question. I'm a happy customer and will use these folks again in the future.”

“I visited earlier this afternoon, and my experience was amazing and I’d like to praise a staff member, Charlie. He was very efficient and friendly when I asked if they had a shoe in a size 5. I wanted to pay with klarna in store and I’d never done it before and he very helpfully showed me how to do it in a way where I didn’t feel stupid. The payment at the till took much longer than I thought it would because I had to verify my bank account. He was very patient in saying “it’s okay you don’t need to rush there’s no one waiting” and he was understanding in the sense that these things happen. I didn’t feel rushed and he made me feel like a very valued customer. Highly recommend this store and the staff are lovely as always :)”

“I searched for a local lingerie shop to get a fitting and purchase some bras. The shop itself is clean and well laid out, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. I was taken into a pretty changing room and brought an array of bras one at a time to try on and gage what size I was. Each bra fit perfectly after we established what size I required. The lady attending to me has an eye for fashion and what suited my frame. Unfortunately, the bras were outside of my current budget, but despite that the lady serving me was absolutely lovely, informed me about their gift card options and treated me with dignity. Fantastic service and lovely service staff. Once I'm in a position to treat myself I intend to visit again.”

She came back after what she was doing and I have to say she is a breath of fresh air. Polite friendly and more than happy to assist. The level of customer service Holly gave us was nothing but outstanding. Premium customer care and Bath Sketchers are very lucky to have this bright member of Staff. They took my contact details and within 30 mins they’d called me to say they’d found them in another store and would post them to me within 2-3 days. “Excellent service and great choices. Not only are the shoes of great quality but they are very reasonably priced in my opinion. There are different fashion styles for instance Gabor as well as Jones own brand. The staff here in Bath are quite exceptional nothing is too much trouble. They have wonderful personalities and it’s become an event to shop there. I have now bought three pairs of summer sandals and I intend to stay loyal to them. “FANTASTIC!!!.... I'm not really one for leaving reviews but after my recent experience with Zucci, I feel almost obligated!! At just past 5.30pm yesterday evening (9/10/24), I knocked on the door of Zucci, Bath to see if they could answer a quick question with regards to an item that I was looking for. The reason I knocked was that the store had closed up for the day, but staff (I assume manager/owner and a colleague) were present tidying away the days activities. Now my desier to write this review is not based solely on the fact that the door was opened (with a smile), but my questions answered and a fantastic product was both offered and excepted (...may I add, at a very good price too!). In essence, service and experience that I received from Zucci last night is rare and should not be overlooked... 10/10!! Well done Zucci and thank you.”
