I received a friendly, fast and knowledgeable service, buying a suit today. I was impressed by the quality and range of clothing in store. To be highly recommended, sales as they should be done, a genuine effort made with no pushiness.
This guy is great, went in, after recommendation, looking for "a suit" and he knew exactly what size and style I suited and recommended me a great suit with shoes and shirt. Very hospitable and friendly. Very happy, will be first port of call in future.
Came in to the store last week and Mo was great, really knows his stuff and his customer service and recommendations are top notch. Didn't have my size in store, got it ordered for me quickly and delivered in less than a week. Great communication throughout and really happy with my jacket
Called in yesterday and picked up a nice pair of trousers and a couple of shirts. The trousers needed shortening which was done within the hour. Just bought a wedding suit today, Mo clearly knows his profession inside out and he very accommodating. He listened to everything I wanted and worked his magic. I left the shop with the perfect suit and a massive smile on my face. Thank you for making, what I expected to be 4 hours of hell into something so easy and enjoyable!
Excellently executed modern dishes, friendly and professional staff and the set lunch menu is great value. A bit difficult to find within Milsom Place but don't give up, it's really worth it!
Simply incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel welcome and talked us through the amazing menu. Our order ended up being very easy, 6 roast dinners - easily one of the best roasts I’ve ever had! The service was top-notch, with our gravy and drinks getting top up frequently. Also the crème brûlée might be the best thing I have eaten ever! Will 100% return!
As soon as we walked into the shop, the staff was very helpful. I told them what I was looking for, and they spent time looking and attending to my every need . Spent more than I wanted, but that was because of the quality service

Visited this wonderful gents clothing store this afternoon hunting for a pair of trousers. I didn't think shops like this existed anymore with bespoke beautiful mens cloths and shoes and owners who love their products. Any man out there who loves clothes and comes to Bath this place is a must for their great clothes and fantastic service. Without a doubt I will be back.
