“The amazing staff at Route One, Bath saved the day last week when we screeched through the door 5 mins from closing time and agreed to build a skateboard for my son. He is so happy with his board and we can't thank the team enough. Highly recommend this shop, we will make the journey back to Bath to see you soon!”

“I visited earlier this afternoon, and my experience was amazing and I’d like to praise a staff member, Charlie. He was very efficient and friendly when I asked if they had a shoe in a size 5. I wanted to pay with klarna in store and I’d never done it before and he very helpfully showed me how to do it in a way where I didn’t feel stupid. The payment at the till took much longer than I thought it would because I had to verify my bank account. He was very patient in saying “it’s okay you don’t need to rush there’s no one waiting” and he was understanding in the sense that these things happen. I didn’t feel rushed and he made me feel like a very valued customer. Highly recommend this store and the staff are lovely as always :)”

“I searched for a local lingerie shop to get a fitting and purchase some bras. The shop itself is clean and well laid out, and the service staff are warm and welcoming. I was taken into a pretty changing room and brought an array of bras one at a time to try on and gage what size I was. Each bra fit perfectly after we established what size I required. The lady attending to me has an eye for fashion and what suited my frame. Unfortunately, the bras were outside of my current budget, but despite that the lady serving me was absolutely lovely, informed me about their gift card options and treated me with dignity. Fantastic service and lovely service staff. Once I'm in a position to treat myself I intend to visit again.”

“Went in today to buy our 1 year old her first pair of shoes and get her feet measured. She has a real shoe phobia and HATES wearing them at the mo, but the staff were really helpful and were not phased by her meltdown at all. Didn't find shoes we wanted, but staff still gave excellent service and helpful advice. Would still recommend.”

“My Partner ordered a pair of gloves online to be delivered to the Southgate Shop for collection. We live in Northants. The next afternoon after arriving in Bath we called into the shop to enquire about the gloves. Several assistants checked for us but could not locate the item and called for Jess. Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order. Was very impressed by Jess, her demeanour and attitude in getting our order efficiently and quickly. Impressed by Jess and her manner in getting customer satisfaction without fuss or drama. The other members of staff were pleasant and helpful too. A very Satisfied Customer.”

“I regularly visit the Flannels store in Bath as the staff are very friendly and you never feel pressure to buy when in the store. Whenever I've visited I've received the same level of welcome and help - even if I'm just browsing the latest season. When I've asked for help with finding things - staff have been willing to help and have also given their opinion on different brand fits from their own experience of the brands. They never come across judgemental at all, which is rare for a luxury designer store. They are always polite to me whether I'm spending £40 or £400. Which is why I go back regularly. The prices are what I expect of the store - previously I would have to go to Bristol, Swindon or London to find the same designer Brands.”
