Absolutely amazing staff member at Dior Beauty section. So sweet and attentive, was extremely helpful and was able to have a good laugh and great conversation. An amazing personality and character. Definitely in need of a rise! Dior section was immaculate. Lots of love - Ysl Bag Guys
Inattentive staff (some exceptions but it’s the rude ones you remember), store is a complete mess (water damage, exposed pipes everywhere). Staff had not even heard of Canada goose, insisted not something they stock even when mentioning it says they stock on their website. Sadly no real high end department store in Bath.
Walked on with a hello, good customer service on fw, a guy helped me. Ended up get some trainers. Lady at till was great too. But one thing I didn't get "DO you get treated the some? Other customers got champagne and drinks
I regularly visit the Flannels store in Bath as the staff are very friendly and you never feel pressure to buy when in the store. Whenever I've visited I've received the same level of welcome and help - even if I'm just browsing the latest season. When I've asked for help with finding things - staff have been willing to help and have also given their opinion on different brand fits from their own experience of the brands. They never come across judgemental at all, which is rare for a luxury designer store. They are always polite to me whether I'm spending £40 or £400. Which is why I go back regularly. The prices are what I expect of the store - previously I would have to go to Bristol, Swindon or London to find the same designer Brands.
Nice store with plenty of choice but staff are very ignorant. Not even a welcome or hello as you walk in the store, almost seem miserable and do not want to work there. I would only advise going in this store if you know what you are looking for. Staff are not very helpful.

Good selection of clothes/shoes/accessories just no stock for bigger sizes all small and medium. Staff ain’t very helpful either.
No one bothered to answer the call after 5 times. And all emails are automated. Pointless all this just to return items
The customer service was not great as got accused item was washed prior to return even though i was swapping for a medium and the top wasn’t the right size for a 240 pound top you expect better customer service
