   I was shopping a few weeks ago at this H&M and I was served by this lady with pink hair at the cash desk who was very patronizing . I felt the whole experience with this worker was very odd as she seemed very rude and abrupt. I don’t like this attitude towards customers and I hope no one gets served by her.

   Awful customer service. Refused to refund my wife's purchase as I did not have her card. Even though it's a joint account. Didn't even try to resolve. Our we living the 90s still. Sort yor act out H&M

   Had the most ‘TERRIBLE’ shopping experience here! The staff is rude and moody. They never help you. The store is a mess. There’s clothes on the floor. The fitting room people always throw attitude. Sworn to never enter that place again, and stick to contemporaries like Hollister and Zara going forward. The quality of the clothes has deteriorated over time, while they’ve recently matched up their prices to Zara!

   A good shop with lots of choices although I didn't fined anything I really liked personally as I'm really picky. Its a decent size store with plenty of space to get about without. I enjoyed looking around and confused why there is another H&M literally around the corner.
