The girl standing at the counter on mens section is a horrible person and worst person for such post. Doesn’t know how to deal with the customers.
Excellent service from a wonderful gentleman upstairs in the baby section today, he helped me order the baby sleep suit I wanted to my local store in Bristol. He was so polite and kind and honestly made my day. Service with a smile is rare these days and credit where it’s due, you smashed it! Thank you so much!
Went in seconds after opening today and there was trash on the floor in the changing rooms clearly there since yesterday.
My Partner ordered a pair of gloves online to be delivered to the Southgate Shop for collection. We live in Northants. The next afternoon after arriving in Bath we called into the shop to enquire about the gloves. Several assistants checked for us but could not locate the item and called for Jess. Jess took our details and said that she had two more Bags to sort to finish checking the deliveries but she hadn't seen our order. Jess went to finish checking the last two bags and as fortune would have found our order and promptly gave us our order. Was very impressed by Jess, her demeanour and attitude in getting our order efficiently and quickly. Impressed by Jess and her manner in getting customer satisfaction without fuss or drama. The other members of staff were pleasant and helpful too. A very Satisfied Customer.
Groovy shop sell larger sizes and a smooth customer service experience no problems

Doesn't seem to sell children's clothes any more - used to sell a good range but now just seems to do baby and toddler. The home section is so small it's not worth bothering with. ... And I'm not saying the sale is a con.. But it seems like they suddenly have a lot of low quality menswear items on display that they don't normally sell - especially to flog during Christmas/New Year week. But 3 stars because generally they offer good quality men's clothing and the staff are normally helpful. This seems a small sized store for a city the size of Bath though
Small, only ever good for essential clothes as the style of the clothes here fluctuates a lot. Also never, ever in sale. Not sure who their audience is.
Good sized Next store over 3 floors, even if the place was busy downstairs there was peace to be had in the top floor home section. There is a large lift so no claustrophobia, and friendly staff in the store too.
