Unprofessional and unhelpful staff, absolutely shocking customer service at this store. Retail staff need to be retrained on their manners.
I ordered a pair of shoes in store because they didn't have my size and I went for next day delivery option.It has now been a week and I still haven't received anything. When I went back to the shop, the staff there just told me that they don't know and advised me to contact their customer service. I have called customer service multiple times. Each time I was waiting over 30 minutes on the phone and still I haven't received any response or help. Zero communication from Schuh. Very disappointing experience
We had exceptional service from Faith at Schuh in Bath! From initially asking to try shoes on to advice on the shoe options and making a purchase. Faith went above and beyond and this was hands down the best shoe shopping experience we have had
Nice bright shop with great displays. Can get busy at times, the young lady was lovely and helpful.
I came here a few weeks ago now and I was served by a few people there but eventually was getting help by one guy who really stood out for me, his name was James and he was incredibly helpful! I was very indecisive and I wanted to try a lot of different shoes on and not once did he show any sign of impatience. He helped me through it all. Very friendly, patient and helpful. Credit to Schuh store!
Horrible management. Disgusting behaviour on their part. Rude! Overheard the manager openly slagging off a customer on the shop floor because he had a concern about the shoes he bought for her daughter. Definitely would rather go somewhere else.
What a terrible experience I just had in this store,if I could I would give zero stars .I just bought one pair of sandals and one pair of converse for my 5 years daughter. She tried them on both, I paid for them,she put on the sandals in the shop but unfortunately when she reached the exit doors of the shop my daughter said she doesn't feel comfortable and she doesn't want them anymore but she is ok with the converse,she is just a kid.She took them off and I got them back to one of the lady,I explained her what happened and she said she can not take them because she was wearing them outside even though I just explained her she didn't.She called a supervisor probably who told me the same thing just because it was a liitle dust from the store's floor, I found the situation ridiculous ,this means that all the shoes that the customers are trying on in the shop can not be sold anymore and everybody is forced to buy them? All the stores from this world are having a return policy, this one doesn't even wish to try to help or to give you an alternative. Awful, zero customer service.Be careful if you choose a wrong pair of shoes.
Such a secure friendly welcoming clean atmosphere, and the staff are fantastic. The only thing I really knew about trainers was my shoe size and a rough idea of what I thought looked nice. I was given so much more information that I didn't even know really mattered until I started wearing the new trainers I bought as suggested and I must say I've never been as satisfied with a pair as I am the ones purchased in shoe, I have comfort I have style and finally a perfect fit trainer for many occasions. Thank you to all the staff at schuh. I appreciate you all.
What is there not to love about schuh? Fantastic range of footwear, coupled with excellent service and great prices in the sales.
Good shop with a really nice range of shoes, staff was very friendly and helpful, the most recent review on here gave one star for rude staff, this surprised me as I've been here about 6-8 times and had a very pleasant experience with the staff. Some of the few downsides were the layout can be confusing and things are quite randomly laid out. Not a huge amount of the vast range are on display. Also although there are quite a lot of good prices for quite a lot of shoes, some other specific shoes are overpriced. Usually my go-to place to check out trainers or skate shoes.
